摘要: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for rollback resistant security are disclosed. In one aspect, a method, during a boot process of a computing device, includes the actions of obtaining a secret key derived from device-specific information for the computing device. The method further includes verifying that a signature for a software module is valid. The method further includes obtaining information indicating a current version of the software module. The method further includes using the secret key to generate a first encryption key corresponding to the current version of the software module and a second encryption key corresponding to a prior version of the software module. The method further includes preventing future access to the secret key until the computing device is rebooted. The method further includes providing the software module access to the first encryption key and the second encryption key.

摘要: Methods and devices are provided where a device may receive audio data via a sensor of a computing device. The device may convert the audio data to text and extract a portion of the text. The device may input the portion of the text to a neural network-based language model to obtain at least one of a type of visual images, a source of the visual images, a content of the visual images, or a confidence score for the visual images. The device may determine at least one visual image based on at least one of the type of the visual images, the source of the visual images, the content of the visual images, or the confidence score for each of the visual images. The at least one visual image may be output on a display of the computing device to supplement the audio data and facilitate a communication.

摘要: Various configurations of projectors and cameras are disclosed that use shared wafer level optics, in which optical elements, e.g., microlenses, of a projector are fabricated on the same wafer as optical elements, e.g., microlenses, of a camera. Projectors and cameras can be mounted together on a mixed reality headset, e.g., an AR/VR headset, for example, as a feature of smart glasses. Some projectors and/or cameras can be co-located in the arm or temple of the glasses. Some projectors and/or cameras can be co-located near a center point of the frame of the glasses. Use of shared wafer-level optics provides a compact and efficient solution for simultaneously guiding light leaving a projector and light entering a camera.

摘要: To provide context-aware audio navigation instructions, a server device obtains sets of audio navigation instructions previously provided to users along with sensor data descriptive of a context in which the audio navigation instructions were provided and an indication of whether a driver correctly responded to the audio navigation instructions. The server device trains a machine learning model using this data, where the machine learning model identifies audio navigation instruction parameters for a particular context. In response to a request for navigation directions, the server device receives sensor data from the client computing device generating the request that is indicative of the environment surrounding the client computing device. The server device then applies the sensor data and navigation instructions to the machine learning model to generate a set of audio navigation instructions responsive to the request. The server device provides the set of audio navigation instructions to the client computing device.

摘要: A backplane for controlling a display is disclosed. The backplane includes a plurality of tiles formed into an array. Each of the plurality of tiles includes a plurality of complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor backplane dies. Edges of the backplane dies that form a perimeter of the array include electrical connections that direct electrical signals to at least one of the CMOS backplane dies. A display assembly is also disclosed wherein the display assembly includes a backplane having an array of tiles. Each tile includes a plurality of electrically coupled CMOS backplane dies, where edges of the tiles that form an outer perimeter of the array include electrical connections directing electrical signals to one or more of the plurality of CMOS backplane dies. The display assembly further includes at least one light emitting diode array electrically coupled with at least one tile.

One of the methods includes obtaining a plurality of demonstration sequences, each of the demonstration sequences being a sequence of images of an environment while a respective instance of a reinforcement learning task is being performed; for each demonstration sequence, processing each image in the demonstration sequence through an image processing neural network to determine feature values for a respective set of features for the image; determining, from the demonstration sequences, a partitioning of the reinforcement learning task into a plurality of subtasks, wherein each image in each demonstration sequence is assigned to a respective subtask of the plurality of subtasks; and determining, from the feature values for the images in the demonstration sequences, a respective set of discriminative features for each of the plurality of subtasks.
