摘要： System for detecting stability/instability of behavior of a motor vehicle upon occurrence of tire slip or lock. State of the motor vehicle is determined on the basis of an alignment torque (Ta) applied from a road and a side slip angle (β). By taking advantage of such torque/slip-angle characteristic that although the alignment torque is proportional to a side slip angle when the latter is small, the alignment torque becomes smaller as the side slip angle increases, a normal value is determined from a straight line slope and the side slip angle in a region where the latter is small. Unstable behavior of the motor vehicle is determined when deviation of actual measured value from the normal value increases. Further, unstable state is determined when the slope of the alignment torque for the slip angle departs significantly from that of approximate straight line slope.

摘要： The present invention relates to novel secretory polypeptides and precursor proteins thereof, which show a high homology to MIA (melanoma inhibitor activity)/CD-RAP (bovine cartilage-derived retinoic acid-sensitive protein); are specifically expressed in the cartilage tissue; and have an effect on the cartilage differentiation. The polypeptides and the DNAs encoding the same can be used for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of bone and joint diseases or pathological angiogenesis. As well, the polypeptides are useful as a reagent for screening a compound that promotes or inhibits the activity of the polypeptides. The antibody to the polypeptides can be used for the detection, quantification, or neutralization of the polypeptide in a test sample fluid. Further by using the promoter of the present invention, a therapeutic protein can be expressed predominantly in the cartilage tissue for a gene therapy.

Then, musical tones for the corresponding melody are generated, while those for accompaniments following the melody are also automatically generated. Furthermore, the tempo of the automatic musical performance is set on the basis of intervals between the keyboard events.

An outer tail plug constituted by a closed-end cylinder is fitted to a rear outer surface of the barrel. An air course is formed between the rear outer surface of the barrel and an inner surface of the outer tail plug to communicate with the inside of the barrel through a rear end aperture portion of the barrel. At least one air hole is provided ahead of the rear end aperture portion of the barrel to make the air course communicate with the outside air.

摘要： A polyester-grafted starch-polymer alloy is capable of imparting practical flexibility and toughness to moldings with no or only a little plasticizer. The polyester-grafted starch-polymer alloy comprises a blend of a polyester-grafted starch (a starch which has polyester graft chains on the starch molecule, with the terminal hydroxyl groups of the polyester graft chains and the hydroxyl groups connected directly to the starch entirely or partly blocked with the ester group) and an independent polyester (a polyester which is constructed of the same unit as said polyester graft chain, with its terminal hydroxyl groups entirely or partly blocked with the ester group) which are uniformly mixed together. A method of preparing the alloy and thermoplastic resin compositions containing the alloy also are disclosed.
