The present invention relates to a method and device for encoding or decoding an object audio signal or rendering the object audio signal in a three-dimensional space. The method for processing an audio signal, according to one aspect of the present invention, comprises the steps of: generating a first object signal group and a second object signal group obtained by classifying a plurality of object signals according to a determined method; generating a first down-mix signal for the first object signal group; generating a second down-mix signal for the second object signal group; generating first object extraction information in correspondence with the first down-mix signal with respect to object signals included in the first object signal group; and generating second object extraction information in correspondence with the second down-mix signal with respect to object signals included in the second object signal group.

User equipment included in a wireless communication system wirelessly connects to a donor base-station to establish a macro link, wirelessly connects to a mobile relay to establish an access link, and simultaneously maintains connections with the donor base-station and the mobile relay coexisting in the same coverage area, wherein a first pre-established frequency band can be used for the access link and a second pre-established frequency band can be used for the macro link. Furthermore, the user equipment can wirelessly connect to the mobile relay to establish an access link, be assigned, from the mobile relay, a wireless resource for device-to-device communication with at least one other user equipment within the same mobile relay cell, and perform device-to-device communication with the at least one other user equipment using the assigned wireless resource.

Provided is a floating type humidifier, and particularly, a floating type humidifier which can prevent, when a floating type humidifier discharging water particles or vapor while floating on water in a water tank loses a balance thereof and falls, the water stored in the water tank from flushing abruptly and even though a water tank falls due to external force such as an earthquake or carelessness of a user, water stored in the water tank is prevented from being abruptly discharged to minimize a cleaning operation which occurs as much water is discharged, the floating type humidifier can prevent foreign materials from being input in the water stored in the water tank, and the floating type humidifier can be stably used even at places including a hospital, a kindergarten, and a home where a lot of children move.

The present invention relates to a scalable video coding method and apparatus using an intra prediction mode. A decoding method includes configuring a maximum probability mode set for predicting an intra prediction mode for a target decoding block of an enhancement layer so that the maximum probability mode set includes an intra prediction mode for a corresponding block of a reference layer and restoring the target decoding block of the enhancement layer using any one of intra prediction modes included in the maximum probability mode set.

Disclosed is a prediction method adopting in-loop filtering. According to the present invention, a prediction method for encoding and decoding video comprises the following steps: generating a residual block of the current block through an inverse quantization and inverse transform; generating a prediction block of the current block through an intra-prediction; performing in-loop filtering on the current block in which the residual block and the prediction block are combined; and storing the current block, on which the in-loop filtering is performed, in a frame buffer for an intra-prediction of the next block to be encoded. As described above, prediction is performed using an in-loop filter during processes for encoding and decoding video, thereby improving the accuracy of prediction and reducing errors in prediction, thus improving the efficiency of video compression and reducing the amount of data to be transmitted.

The wearable electronic device according to an exemplary embodiment includes a transparent or light-transmitting lens, a liquid crystal installed at the lens, a camera taking a picture of a front view of a user wearing the wearable electronic device, a display part displaying an additional information to the lens, which is added to a front view recognized by the user, and a control part determining an operation mode of the wearable electronic device whether the operation mode is a transparent mode or an opaque mode, controlling liquid crystal to adjust light transmittance according to the determined operation mode, and controlling the display part to display the additional information when the operation mode is changed to be the transparent mode or the opaque mode.

A power control system and method to mitigate interference in a heterogeneous network is provided. A power control method to mitigate interference may include: receiving a link connection request from a femto terminal; transmitting a downlink signal when the link connection request is allowed; receiving information of a macro terminal present around a femto base station; controlling a power of the downlink signal in response to a high interference indicator (HII) report being included in the received information of the macro terminal; and controlling the power of the downlink signal based on a priority of service while satisfying predetermined constraints, in response to the HII report in a state in which the power of the downlink signal is decreased up to a predetermined required power.
