The present invention comprises: a receiving unit for receiving, through different paths, a first signal including a left-side image and a first synchronization information item, and a second signal including a right-side image and a second synchronization information item; and a signal processing unit for synchronizing and reproducing the left-side image and the right-side image using the first synchronization information item and the second synchronization information item. At least one information item, from among a content start information item, a timestamp difference between a first data item and a second data item, a frame index, a time code information item, a UTC information item, and a frame count information item, can be used as the first and second synchronization information items. Accordingly, different data can be effectively synchronized.

A receiver is disclosed. The receiver comprises: a first receiving unit for receiving non-real-time data for constituting multimedia content; a storage unit for storing the non-real-time data; a second receiving unit for receiving real-time data for constituting multimedia content; a data processing unit which, if the real-time data has been received, detects the non-real-time data, in conjunction with the real-time data, from among the data stored in the storage unit, binds the detected non-real-time data and the received real-time data, and outputs multimedia content; and a control unit for controlling the data processing unit so as to restrict the output of the non-real-time data prior to the time of the output of the real-time data.
Abstract:
A gigabit passive optical network (GPON) system for fiber to the home (FTTH) service must provide a down-stream data rate of an optical band to provide IPTV service with hundreds of channels to subscribers, and must be able to provide an upstream data rate of an optical band using a currently available BM-IC chip. A currently available BM-IC chip for a GPON has 1.244 Gbps and 2.488 Gbps modes. Accordingly, an optical network terminal (ONT) for a GPON that is capable of providing a downstream transmission band of 10-Gbps and an upstream transmission band of 1.244 Gbps or 2.488 Gbps, and a method for processing an upstream frame in the terminal, are provided. The GPON ONT can provide 20 Mbps, high-definition IPTV service with 500 channels and can provide both upstream data rates of 1.244 Gbps and 2.488 Gbps according to a user's selection without using an additional device.

Provided is a semiconductor device for applying common source lines with individual bias voltages. The device includes a substrate, cell transistors arrayed in a cell matrix shape on the substrate and configured to have gate insulating patterns, gate electrodes, common source regions, drain regions and channel regions. Word lines are configured to electrically interconnect the gate electrodes with each other. Common source lines are shared between only a pair of the neighboring word lines and are configured to electrically interconnect the common source regions with each other. Drain metal contacts and source metal contacts are arranged in a straight line on the drain regions. Bit lines are electrically connected to the drain metal contacts. And impurity regions are configured to control the threshold voltage of the channel regions.

A method and apparatus for encoding and decoding three-dimensional (3D) image data is provided. The method of encoding 3D image data uses a data unit that includes a header area and a data area. Type information which indicates a type of data included in the data area is included in the header area, includes: encoding reference view image data and additional view image data for providing a 3D image; generating a first data unit by adding to the reference view image data a header which includes first unit type information from among pieces of type information defined in a legacy device; and generates a second data unit by adding to the additional view image data a header which includes second unit type information from among pieces of type information not defined in the legacy device.

Provided are an apparatus and a method of providing a multiview still image service. The method includes: configuring a multiview still image file format including a plurality of image areas into which a plurality of pieces of image information forming a multiview still image are inserted; inserting the plurality of pieces of image information into the plurality of image areas, respectively; inserting three-dimensional (3D) basic attribute information to three-dimensionally reproduce the multiview still image into a first image area of the plurality of image areas into which main-view image information from among the plurality of pieces of image information is inserted; and outputting multiview still image data comprising the plurality of pieces of image information based on the multiview still image file format.

A method of programming a nonvolatile semiconductor memory device using a negative bias voltage. The method includes turning ON the string selection transistors connected to selected bit lines and turning OFF the string selection transistors connected to unselected bit lines in the same memory block, in a program mode. This can be achieved by applying a negative bias voltage to a bulk substrate and applying a voltage having a voltage level higher than the threshold voltage of string selection transistors connected to selected bit lines and lower than the threshold voltage of string selection transistors connected to unselected bit lines. The method may reduce programming disturbance between a selected cell string and an unselected cell string.

Provided is a method of decoding a stereoscopic image data stream. In the method, a plurality of monoscopic image data regions are determined from among image data regions of a stereoscopic image data stream; a composition time stamp (CTS) of each of the monoscopic image data regions is extracted; and, if there are colliding image data regions having the same CTS from among the monoscopic image data regions, monoscopic image data is extracted from a monoscopic image data region of a main stream of the colliding image data regions.

There is provided a flat type vibration motor 100 that includes a bracket 150 with a shaft 140 of which one end is inserted into and fixed to the center thereof, a printed circuit board 110 having a terminal portion 130 receiving external electricity and disposed on the side of the bracket 150, a stator disposed on the top of the printed circuit board 110, a rotor 170 rotatably installed in the shaft 140 and generating vibration while rotating by interaction with the stator 160, and a stopper 180 installed at the other end of the shaft 140. The bracket 150 and the shaft 140 are electrically connected with the terminal portion 130. Further, it is possible to use the bracket or a shaft as an external power connection terminal by electrically connecting a negative terminal to the bracket and the shaft through the contact portion.
