A protocol bridge may be used to function as a target for a network processor while performing a target mode operation, while functioning as an initiator on behalf of the network processor while performing an initiator mode operation. In one embodiment, the protocol bridge determines the mode of operation based on information in a received frame's header. In another embodiment, the protocol bridge couples a Fiber Channel device to a storage processor on a packet-over-SONET network.

摘要： Systems, methods, apparatus and devices for head mounted stereoscopic 3-D display devices using the tunable focus liquid crystal micro-lens array eye to produce eye accommodation information. A liquid crystal display panel displays stereoscopic images and uses tunable liquid crystal micro-lens array to change the diopter of the display pixels to provide eye accommodation information. The head mounted display device includes a planar display screen, planar tunable liquid crystal micro-lens array and planar black mask. The display device may optionally include a bias lens. In an embodiment, the display device also includes a backlight and a prism sheet for displaying the images on the display screen. The display screen, tunable liquid crystal micro-lens array, black mask and optional backlight and prism may be flat or curved.

In one embodiment, a multi-processing engine configuration is used wherein processing engines are tasked with carrying out specific data transfer operations. In another embodiment, this multi-processing engine configuration is implemented in a protocol bridge in which data is being transferred between Fibre Channel and a network bus that is coupled to a host system. In one embodiment, the network bus is a PCI/PCI-X bus.

The audit information relates to verifying the digital signature and validating the at least one certificate, thereby retaining evidence that the document was verified. The instructions further include stored instruction for thereafter displaying the audit information.
