    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a pixel driving circuit and a driving method thereof, a display panel, and a display device, the pixel driving circuit includes: a driving circuit, a control circuit, a first reset circuit, and a second reset circuit and a coupling circuit. The driving circuit, the control circuit, the first reset circuit and the second reset circuit all include transistors, the transistors in the driving circuit, the control circuit, the first reset circuit and the second reset circuit are all N-type transistors, the transistors in the first reset circuit are at least partially oxide transistors, and the transistors in the second reset circuit are at least partially the oxide transistors.

    Abstract: A display substrate includes a substrate, and first active layers, a first functional layer, a second active layer, a second functional layer and an interlayer dielectric layer stacked in sequence on the substrate. The display substrate further includes first vias, second vias and third vias. The first vias each penetrate at least a portion of the second functional layer and at least a portion of the first functional layer, and each expose a partial surface of a first active layer. The second vias each penetrate the interlayer dielectric layer, and are respectively communicated with the first vias. The third vias each penetrate the interlayer dielectric layer and at least another portion of the second functional layer, and each expose a partial surface of the second active layer. The first vias are formed before the interlayer dielectric layer, and the third vias are formed later than the interlayer dielectric layer.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a pixel circuit, a driving method thereof, a display substrate and a display apparatus. The pixel circuit includes a first node control sub-circuit, a second node control sub-circuit, a light emitting control sub-circuit and a drive sub-circuit. The first node control sub-circuit is configured to supply a signal of the initial signal terminal to the first node and the fourth node under the control of the first reset signal terminal and the second scan signal terminal, and supply a signal of the second node to the first node under the control of the third scan signal terminal. The second node control sub-circuit is configured to supply a signal of the reference signal terminal to the second node and a signal of the data signal terminal to the third node under the control of the second reset signal terminal and the first scan signal terminal.

    Abstract: A display panel includes a substrate, first light-emitting devices located in a first display area, a first driving circuit, second light-emitting devices located in a second display area, and a second driving circuit. The first driving circuit is configured to actively drive the first light-emitting devices to emit light, and includes a plurality of pixel driving circuits and a signal line. The signal line is located in the second display area, and extends along an edge of the second display area. An orthographic projection of the signal line on the substrate and an orthogonal projection of the first display area on the substrate have a gap therebetween. The second driving circuit is configured to passively drive the second light-emitting devices to emit light. An orthographic projection of at least one of the second light-emitting devices on the substrate is overlapped with an orthogonal projection of the gap on the substrate.
