    Abstract: A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes a display region and a peripheral region surrounding the display region, and includes: a common electrode line extending in a first direction on a base substrate and arranged at the display region and the peripheral region; a first conductive pattern arranged at the peripheral region and electrically connected to the common electrode line; an insulation layer covering the first conductive pattern and the common electrode line, a via-hole being formed in the insulation layer, an orthogonal projection of the via-hole onto the base substrate not overlapping an orthogonal projection of the common electrode line onto the base substrate; and a second conductive pattern arranged at the peripheral region and at a side of the insulation layer distal to the first conductive pattern, and electrically connected to the first conductive pattern through the via-hole.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of display technologies, and discloses a display panel, a preparing method thereof, and a display device. The display panel has a bending area, and the display panel includes a sensing component; the sensing component includes a differential bridge connection circuit composed of a first strain sensor, a second strain sensor, a third strain sensor, and a fourth strain sensor; the first strain sensor, the second strain sensor, the third strain sensor, and the fourth strain sensor are resistance transducers, and are located in the bending area; the first strain sensor and the fourth strain sensor constitute first opposite bridge arms; the second strain sensor and the third strain sensor constitute second opposite bridge arms, and the first opposite bridge arms and the second opposite bridge arms are separately located on two sides of a neutral layer of the display panel.

    Abstract: A phase shift mask includes a transparent substrate and light-shielding portions. The light-shielding portions include a first light-shielding portion, and over one side of it, a first compensating light-shielding portion, which has a first distance to the first light-shielding portion and a first width smaller than a resolution of an exposing machine utilized for an exposure process using the phase shift mask. The light-shielding portions can further include a second compensating light-shielding portion, having a second distance to another side of the first light-shielding portion and a second width smaller than the resolution of the exposing machine. The first distance and the second distance respectively allow the first and the second compensating light-shielding portion to reduce an exposure at a region corresponding to two sides of the first light-shielding portion during the exposure process. A method manufacturing an electronic component utilizing the phase shift mask is also provided.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a pixel driving circuit and a driving method thereof, a display panel and a display device. The pixel driving circuit includes: a driving sub-circuit, coupled to a scanning signal terminal, a data signal terminal, a light-emitting control signal terminal, a first voltage signal terminal, and a first terminal of a light-emitting element, and configured to be able to output a first voltage signal from the first voltage signal terminal to the light-emitting element under the control of a scanning signal from the scanning signal terminal, a data signal from the data signal terminal, and a light-emitting control signal from the light-emitting control signal terminal; and an electrostatic discharge sub-circuit, coupled to a second voltage signal terminal and the first terminal of the light-emitting element, and configured to be able to conduct static electricity to the second voltage signal terminal in response to the static electricity generated at the first terminal of the light-emitting element.

The pixel circuit includes a driving sub-circuit and a light-emitting control sub-circuit. The driving sub-circuit is configured to transmit a first power voltage at a first power signal terminal to a second node.     Abstract: Disclosed are a method for driving a silicon-based driving back plate and a display apparatus. The method includes: acquiring a watch position of a user on the silicon-based driving back plate within one frame time; determining a watch region of the user on the silicon-based driving back plate according to the watch position; and controlling a sum of an analog modulation bit for analog scanning charging and a digital modulation bit for digital scanning charging performed on each row of pixels in the watch region to be greater than a sum of an analog modulation bit for analog scanning charging and a digital modulation bit for digital scanning charging performed on each row of pixels in a non-watch region.
