Abstract: A device and method for detecting an angle of a shearer rocker arm based on optical fiber sensing. The device includes an optical system and a mechanical system. The optical system includes a broadband light source, a polarizer, collimating lenses, a gradient-rotation media plate, a polarization beam splitter, and a data processing module. The mechanical system includes a connecting base, connecting rods, a slider, a bracket, and a sensor housing. When the shearer operates, the rocker arm converts rotation angle information to linear displacement related to a gradient refractive index by using a connecting rod mechanism, and a position on the gradient-rotation media plate through which linearly polarized light produced by the optical system passes also changes. Due to an optical rotation effect, corresponding rotation angles of a plane of polarization that are formed after the light passing through the gradient-rotation media plate also vary.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a hard rock roadway and tunnel boring machine with actively rotating hobs, including a rack provided with a crawler track unit. The rack is provided with a hydraulic power unit and a high-pressure abrasive jet generation system connected therewith. A transmission box is fixedly arranged at one of ends of the rack. The transmission box is provided with two input shafts and one output shaft. The input shafts are connected with planetary reduction mechanisms. Input ends of the planetary reduction mechanisms are connected with cantilever disc driving motors. A cantilever disc is fixed to the output shaft. Four cantilevers are hinged to the cantilever disc. Cantilever driving motors are further arranged on the cantilever disc. Actively rotating hob devices are arranged at ends of the cantilevers away from the cantilever disc. The transmission box is further provided with rotary sealing devices.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are a rope climbing robot capable of surmounting an obstacle and an obstacle surmounting method thereof. The rope climbing robot includes a robot body. The robot body includes a shell, a drive module and a guide module. The shell is longitudinally cut into an even number of shell segments, and is laterally cut into a corresponding drive housing segment and a corresponding guide housing segment according to mounting positions of the drive module and the guide module in the shell. There is at least one guide module and at least one guide housing segment, and a shell opening mechanism is further mounted in the shell. The shell opening mechanism includes a first shell opening mechanism configured to open/close the guide housing segment and a second shell opening mechanism configured to open/close the drive housing segment.

Abstract: The present invention provides a telescopic jacking stepwise rollback-type reel sprinkling irrigation machine, including a chassis, a locking-type reel, a sprinkling irrigation apparatus, and a stepwise driving apparatus. A locking channel in a circumferential direction is disposed on the locking-type reel. The stepwise driving apparatus includes a lifting cylinder, an upper caliper, and a lower caliper, and the upper caliper and the lower caliper are clamped to be mounted on the locking channel. Pressurized water is used in the telescopic jacking stepwise rollback-type reel sprinkling irrigation machine to drive the lifting cylinder to realize periodic lifting motion of the piston rod, so as to drive the upper caliper to move up and down to be engaged with the locking channel of the locking-type reel intermittently, thereby driving the locking-type reel to roll back intermittently to automatically reel in a sprinkling irrigation PE hose.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a device and method for adjusting tension of a steel wire rope of an ultra-deep vertical shaft at a hoisting-container-end. The device includes two stages of steel wire rope tension adjusting devices provided on a hoisting container, where a primary steel wire rope tension adjusting device includes left and right steel wire rope tension adjusting devices that are symmetrically arranged, and a secondary steel wire rope tension adjusting device is provided below the primary steel wire rope tension adjusting device. By use of two stages of steel wire rope tension adjusting devices, tension on four steel wire ropes can be adjusted to equalize the tension, thus meeting the requirement for tension equalization in a hoisting process. The four steel wire ropes are equally divided into two groups. Tension of two steel wire ropes is adjusted by rotating a primary drum around which the two steel wire ropes are wound, and then tension of the four steel wire ropes is adjusted by rotating a secondary drum around which the multiple steel wire ropes are wound, thus achieving a final purpose. The device of the present invention has a simple structure, and is conveniently mounted and easily detached. The tension is automatically adjusted by rotating the drums. This solution is novel and has wide application.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a self-detection device for a liner plate of a hoisting container and a detection method. The device mainly includes: a frame, a baffle-type hoist conveyor, a horizontal conveyor, a loading hopper assembly, an unloading hopper assembly, a liner plate assembly, and a hoisting container system. The loading hopper assembly is fixedly mounted to an upper right end of the frame, the unloading hopper assembly is fixedly mounted to a lower left end of the frame, the hoisting container system is arranged on an upper left portion of the frame and above the unloading hopper assembly, and the liner plate assembly is provided inside the hoisting container system. A feed port of the baffle-type hoist conveyor is connected to an unloading port of the unloading hopper, and a discharge port thereof is joined to a loading port of a loading hopper; and a feed port of the horizontal conveyor is connected to an unloading port of the loading hopper, and a discharge port thereof is arranged at a feed port on an upper end of the hoisting container system. The self-detection liner plate can simulate an impact, friction, and wear behavior on a liner plate of a hoisting container in an actual loading process; and can measure in real time an impact force and friction force bored by the liner plate when a material falls down to impact on the liner plate. In addition, the self-detection liner plate enables continuous loading of materials.

Abstract: A movable belt breakage prevention and catching system for a belt conveyor includes a detection device, two tracks, a plurality of catching devices, and a control system. The detection device is mounted on the belt conveyor, and is configured to detect whether a belt of the belt conveyor has a crack. The two tracks are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the belt conveyor, and the plurality of catching devices are symmetrically arranged on the two tracks. The control system is configured to control the plurality of catching devices to simultaneously catch the belt firmly when the detection device detects that the belt has a crack; and after firmly catching the belt, each catching device is able to unidirectionally move along with the belt along the track where the catching device is positioned.

Abstract: A reliability robust design method for multiple failure modes of an ultra-deep well hoisting container, including: defining randomness of a structural parameter, a material property, and a dynamic load of a hoisting container, and solving a random response of a structural failure for a random parameter using a design of experiment method; establishing reliability performance functions of each failure modes in accordance with failure criterion of the hoisting container; establishing a joint probability model of correlated failures using a copula theory in consideration of probability correlation between the failure modes; establishing, a system reliability model with failure correlation of the hoister container; establishing a sensitivity model concerning each random parameter for system reliability of the hoisting container; and establishing, in conjunction with an optimization design model, a reliability robust optimization design model for the hoisting container using a joint failure probability and parameter sensitivity as constraints.

Abstract: A device for enabling autonomous powering of a monitoring node of a scraper conveyor chain includes a bottom baffle, a friction wheel drive device, a limiting device, a generator, an energy storage battery, a cable entry device, and dampers. The bottom baffle is connected to a bottom portion of a scraper of a scraper conveyor. The friction wheel drive device comprises a ball, a friction wheel, a drive shaft connected to the generator, and a shaft coupler. The friction wheel is disposed on the drive shaft, and an outer edge of the friction wheel is in contact with a surface of the ball. The limiting device is a ball housing that is connected to the bottom baffle, and is used for limiting the ball within the ball housing. The energy storage battery is connected to the generator, and is used to store electrical energy generated from the generator. The dampers are disposed on the drive shaft.
