摘要： An outlet provides both AC and DC power to at least one device. The outlet includes an input portion adapted to receive a first voltage input and a second voltage input wherein the first voltage input is a variable DC voltage and the second input is AC of a desired voltage and frequency. A converter reduces the first input voltage to a constant DC voltage output effective to power a PED. The outlet has a first receptacle in the form of a USB port to deliver the DC power to the device and a second receptacle to deliver the AC power to the device. A sensing circuit is coupled to the outlet and determines if a source of the second voltage may safely provide the AC power. An enabling mechanism individually activates the second receptacle dependent on the determination of the sensing circuit and first and second indicators identify to a user if the first receptacle and/or the second receptacle is activated

摘要： A method for analyzing a telephonic communication between a customer and a contact center is provided. According to the method, a telephonic communication is separated into first and second constituent voice data. One of the first and second constituent voice data is analyzed. The analysis consist of translating one the constituent voice data into a text format and applying a predetermined linguistic-based psychological behavioral model to the translated voice data. In applying the behavioral model, the translated voice data is mined, and behavioral signifiers associated with the psychological behavioral model are identified in the voice data. The behavioral signifiers are automatically associated with at least one of a plurality of personality types associated with the psychological behavioral model. Behavioral assessment data is generated which corresponds to the analyzed voice data.

摘要： The present invention is directed to a semiconductor thermal processing system and an apparatus for thermally cooling a semiconductor substrate. According to one aspect of the present invention, a semiconductor thermal processing system and associated apparatus and method are disclosed which provides a segmented cold plate situated within a process chamber, wherein a plurality of segments of the cold plate are operable to radially translate between an engaged position and a disengaged position, wherein a substrate holder may pass between the plurality of segments when the segments are in the disengaged position. According to another aspect, an elevator is operable to linearly translate a substrate residing on a substrate holder between a heating position proximate to a heater assembly and a cooling position proximate to the segmented cold plate. According to another aspect, the cold plate comprises a plurality of holes through which one or more gases may flow, wherein an amount or mixture of the one or more gases is controllable via a controller, and wherein one or more temperature sensors are operable to provide temperature feedback at the substrate. According to another aspect the substrate resides within close proximity to the cold plate, wherein when gas is flowed through the holes, the substrate is cooled in the viscous regime, and the amount and/or mixture of gases flowed through the holes is controlled, based, at least in part, on the one or more measured temperatures.

Historic data corresponding to the stored customer number is identified based on the comparison of the received customer identifier and the stored customer identifier. The telephonic communication is associated with a predetermined communication destination based on the identified historic data. The associated communication data is transmitted to a switching signal.
