摘要: Provided is a method of controlling temperatures of objects to be heated in a heating unit by adjusting a heating rate of each of a plurality of heating elements, based on temperature detection values detected at a plurality of temperature detection elements, wherein the plurality of temperature detection elements are positioned at different positions and the plurality of heating elements are positioned at different positions. The method includes estimating a temperature of each of the plurality of temperature detection elements by using a first estimation algorithm when one of the plurality of temperature detection elements is broken, based on the temperature detection values of the temperature detection elements excluding the broken temperature detection element, and controlling the temperatures of the objects to be heated based on the estimated temperatures.

摘要: There is provided a heat treatment control system and method which can accurately estimate the temperatures of wafers upon loading of the wafers, enabling quick heat treatment of the wafers. The heat treatment control system includes: a processing container for processing wafers held in a boat; a lid for hermetically closing the processing container; heaters for heating the processing container; and a controller for controlling the heaters. A profile temperature sensor holding tool is installed on the lid. To the sensor holding tool are mounted profile temperature sensors which are connected to a temperature estimation section. The temperature estimation section estimates the temperature of a wafer by applying a first-order lag filter to a detection signal from a profile temperature sensor. The controller controls the heaters based on the temperatures of wafers thus determined by the temperature estimation section.

摘要: A heat treatment apparatus with a process chamber, a tubular heater, a heat exhaust system and a cooling section. The heater surrounds an outer circumference of the process chamber. The heat exhaust system exhausts an atmosphere in a space between the heater and the process chamber. The cooling section blows a cooling fluid into the space to cool the atmosphere. The heater includes a tubular heat insulator, a heat generating resistor on an inner circumference of the heat insulator, and an outer shell provided on an outer circumference of the heat insulator. The cooling section includes at least one annular flow path between the heat insulator and the outer shell, and an outlet in the heat insulator. The outlet blows cooling fluid toward a vertical central axis of the heat insulator, or in a direction oblique to the direction toward vertical central axis of the heat insulator.

摘要: An article of manufacture in the form of a gel pharmaceutical formulation for local anesthesia is prepared by a process comprising: coating a supporting substrate, which preferably is porous, e.g., a non-woven fabric, and has an impervious backing sheet, with a matrix of a copolymer of alkyl (meth)acrylates and (meth)acrylic acid and a local anesthetic whereby the matrix penetrates the substrate, crosslinking the copolymer in the matrix to form a polymer/drug matrix, and coating the surface of the matrix with an aqueous fluid, thereby converting the matrix into a gel and preferably covering the gel matrix with an impervious protective sheet. The product has excellent percutaneous absorption, provides local anesthesia easily just by attaching the formulation to the skin, enables elimination of various kinds of pain, such as the pain at the time of hypodermic injection, can be removed easily from the skin, and causes no soiling of fingers, hands or cloths.

The adhesive sheet and remaining adhesive are easily removed after printing is finished and the efficiency of the operation of printing is enhanced. The adhesive sheet includes a photocurable adhesive, which loses adhesive ability by curing by irradiation of electromagnetic waves or an electron beam or a water swelling adhesive, which loses adhesive ability by swelling by water. Adhesive sheets for the plate roll comprise supporting sheets, removable sheets and a photocurable adhesive, which loses adhesive ability by curing by irradiation of electromagnetic waves or an electron beam or a water swelling adhesive, which loses adhesive ability by swelling by water.
