A torsion bar arranged along a width direction, and an arm connected to the torsion bar and enforced in a direction of falling backwards in a normal state are provided in the rear of a seat cushion, and a cushioning member is arranged between a supporting frame supported by the arm and a front frame provided at the front of the seat cushion, whose front edge is vertically movable rotationally. When working a pedal or standing up, since the front edge of the front frame is forced to move in a downward direction by a leg portion, a haunch supporting portion of the cushioning member is relatively lifted upward, so that support force to lift up the haunches works.

The vibration isolator also includes a plurality of magnetic springs interposed between the upper and lower frames and each having a plurality of permanent magnets with like magnetic poles opposed to each other. A vertical vibration of the upper frame is restrained by the plurality of magnetic springs, and the front side of the vibration isolator is lifted upon receipt of a forward acceleration.

Thereby, the structure can easily deflect in the right-and-left direction. Therefore, since an impact load larger than a predetermined level inputted in the front-and-rear direction due to front-and-rear/pitching vibration or a rear collision and the like becomes a force of deflecting the back frame in the right-and-left direction, the vibration/impact energy is consumed by that, and moreover, rearward displacement of the back frame consumes vibration/impact energy. The seat is constituted to use a torsion bar 112 and to support a cushioning member of a seat cushion section 150 by a parallel link mechanism having a first link plate 113 pivotally supported by the torsion bar 112, a second link plate 116 disposed in correspondence with the first link plate 113, and a connection link plate 117 connecting the first link plate 113 and the second link plate 116, and operational directions of the first link plate 113 and the second link plate 116 are set to almost coincide with a vertical direction along a surface of a seat back section. Thus, a rotational motion following a human body motion generated by an external vibration input is performed, so that a relative motion between a human body and the cushioning member is small and a resonance peak is lowered, whereby a vibration absorption characteristic can be improved.

    摘要: A seat structure capable of dealing with both a normal posture and a resting posture and providing sufficient relaxation in the resting posture while ensuring excellent comfortableness of an occupant.According to the present invention, a back frame 20 itself is fixed to a frame support 10 but a cushion frame 30 shifts from a first position A to a second position B according to an occupant's movement and an inclination angle of a pelvis support 31 increases accordingly. The occupant's pelvis portion and a portion lower than the pelvis portion is moved forward but a part of his or her back above his or her breast is not varied. With this structure, the same effect of the resting posture, that is, the posture in which the back frame is reclined in a conventional seat structure, can be obtained. Since the back is not tilted backward, a leg room (footrest) space in a rear seat is not limited.
