摘要: A method of manufacturing a metal-graphite brush material for a motor, which allows high-density formation of copper particles on the surfaces of graphite particles. The method: attaches copper complex to graphite particles; heat-treats the graphite particles attached with the copper particles, thereby to pyrolyze the copper complex to form copper particles on the surfaces of the graphite particles; forms the graphite particles having the copper particles formed thereon, together with a resin, into a formed product; and reduction-sinters the formed product under a reducing atmosphere to pyrolyze the resin, thereby to form a sintered body and also to reduce copper oxide formed in surface layers of the copper particles during the heat-treating.

摘要: A rotary atomizer (1) has a rotary atomizing head (4) driven by an air motor (2) at a rotational speed of 4,000˜5,000 rpm, for example. A coating material is supplied to a central portion of the rotary atomizing head (4) through a paint supply pipe (5). The atomizer (1) further includes a supersonic horn (6) having a vibration plane (6a) located adjacent to the outer circumferential perimeter of the rotary atomizing head (4). The vibration plane (6a) is an inclined plane gradually increasing its diameter forward. The coating material immediately after spattered from the outer circumferential perimeter of the rotary atomizing head (4) is exposed to supersonic vibration from the vibration plane (6a), and it is atomized by the supersonic vibration to particles of a uniform grain size. At the same time, the atomized coating material is driven forward.

摘要: A connector unit 1 includes a seat side unit 40, a headrest side unit 41, and a guiding mechanism 60. The seat side unit 40 includes a first connector 4. The headrest side unit 41 includes a second connector 43. The guiding mechanism 60 includes a guiding rib 62 and a guiding groove 63. The guiding rib 62 is projected from an outer wall of the first connector 4. The guiding groove 63 is concaved from an inner wall of the second connector 43. When the connectors 4, 43 are connected to each other, the guiding rib 62 is inserted into the guiding groove 63 to position the connectors 4, 43 around respective axes of the connectors 4, 43.

摘要: A headrest side connector unit mounted on a headrest of a vehicle includes a stay as a holder and a connector. The connector includes a projection 430 to be received in a projection insertion hole formed on the stay. A tip part of the second connector at a side to be connected to the mating connector is disposed further outside of the stay than an end of the stay near a seat. An outer surface of the tip part is arranged on the same plane as an outer surface of the end of the stay.

摘要: A display apparatus and a method for driving the display apparatus that are capable of suppressing image quality degradation resulting from delay in sampling pulses or from waveform rounding thereof and image quality degradation caused by coupling between the signal line and the common line and that between the signal line and the scan line even when the simultaneous sampling number is increased. The start pulse HST has a pulse width that includes a plurality of pulse widths of the clock pulses HCK and HCKX, for example, two pulse widths. The clock pulses DCK have four phases. Large margins α1 and α2 in the phase relationship between each of the clock pulses DCK1 to DCK4 and each of transfer pulses used for extracting the clock pulses DCK1 to DCK4 are assured. As a result, even if delay or waveform rounding occurs in the clock pulses DCK1 to DCK4, sampling pulses SP1 to SP6 with a constant pulse width equal to that of each of the clock pulses DCK1 to DCK4 can be generated without being affected by the delay or waveform rounding.
