摘要: A method of prepping a cylindrical inner surface of a bore using a high-frequency forced pulsed waterjet apparatus entails generating a pressurized waterjet using a high-pressure water pump, generating a high-frequency signal using a high-frequency signal generator, applying the high-frequency signal to a transducer having a microtip to cause the microtip to vibrate to thereby generate the high-frequency forced pulsed waterjet, and rotating the rotatable ultrasonic nozzle inside the bore to prep the inner cylindrical surface of the bore using the high-frequency forced pulsed waterjets exiting from the angled exit orifices of the rotatable ultrasonic nozzle.

摘要: A fluidized bed coating apparatus for coating liquid onto the surfaces of particles directed into a coating chamber. A liquid spray nozzle assembly disposed below a hollow separator within the coating chamber includes an ultrasonic atomizer for atomizing coating liquid into a fine liquid particle cloud and a pressurized air directing air cap for forming the ultrasonically atomized fine liquid particle cloud into a cone shaped spray pattern and propelling the liquid particles through the separator into an upbed region of the coating chamber for recirculation in an outbed region, and through the separator. A cooling air passageway system is provided within the spray nozzle assembly for cooing the ultrasonic atomizer during operation.

The ultrasonic atomizer includes: an ultrasonic vibration generating unit which generates ultrasonic waves and atomizes a spray material; a nozzle unit; a heat exchange unit which cools heat generated from the ultrasonic vibration generating unit; and a housing which has heat exchange chambers, where the heat exchange chambers include: a vortex chamber which is positioned in the housing at the periphery of the ultrasonic vibration generating unit and guides a vortex flow; and a thermal insulation chamber which surrounds the vortex chamber and has a separation wall which abuts the vortex chamber, and includes an internal thermal insulation space.

摘要: Disclosed is a multi-functional cosmetic device using ultrasonic wave which the user can freely use at any pose and that can provide sufficient cosmetic effects by uniformly spraying mist of beauty water/medicine solution to the face. —For this, the multi-functional cosmetic device using ultrasonic wave according to the present invention provides a fine through hole on the upper surface of the nozzle portion in order to keep the solution ejecting out of the vessel and spraying mist of the water/medicine solution even when the device is used upside down so that the user can use the cosmetic device freely at any pose. Also, a mesh having fine pores are installed on the upper portion of the nozzle, a wave spring is installed on the upper surface of the mesh to prevent leaking of liquids from the end of the nozzle by maintaining constant pressure of mesh against the nozzle. By using the multi-functional cosmetic device using ultrasonic wave according to the present invention, the user can use the cosmetic device freely at any pose since a fine through hole is formed on the upper surface of the nozzle portion in order to keep the solution ejecting out of the vessel and spraying mist of the water/medicine solution even when the device is used upside down.

摘要: An ultrasound apparatus capable of mixing and/or atomizing fluids is disclosed. The apparatus includes a horn having an internal chamber through which fluids to be atomized and/or mixed flow. Connected to the horn's proximal end, a transducer powered by a generator induces ultrasonic vibrations within the horn. Traveling down the horn from the transducer, the ultrasonic vibrations induce the release of ultrasonic energy into the fluids to be atomized and/or mixed as they travel through the horn's internal chamber. As the ultrasonic vibrations travel through the chamber, the fluids within the chamber are agitated and/or begin to cavitate, thereby mixing the fluids. Upon reaching the front wall of the chamber, the ultrasonic vibrations are reflected back into the chamber, like an echo. The ultrasonic vibrations echoing off the front wall pass through the fluids within the chamber a second time, further mixing the fluids.

摘要: An ultrasound apparatus capable of mixing and/or atomizing fluids is disclosed. The apparatus includes a horn having an internal chamber, containing at least one free member, through which fluids to be atomized and/or mixed flow.
