    Abstract: A time-to-digital converter including N stages of converting circuits, where N≧2, and N is an integer. Each stage of converting circuit includes a first delayer and an arbiter; an output end of the first delayer in each stage of converting circuit outputs a delayed signal of the stage of converting circuit; and the arbiter in each stage of converting circuit receives a sampling clock and the delayed signal of the stage of converting circuit, and compares the sampling clock with the delayed signal to obtain an output signal of the stage of converting circuit. Output signals of the N stages of converting circuits form a non-linear binary number, to indicate a time difference between a clock signal and a reference signal.

    Abstract: A sidelink control information sending and receiving method, a terminal apparatus, and a system are provided in this application, and may be applied to fields such as vehicle-to-everything (for example, V2X, LTE-V, or V2V), intelligent driving, and an intelligent connected vehicle. In a scenario in which second-stage SCI is not required in a sidelink communication system, a transmit end apparatus in sidelink communication indicates, by using first-stage SCI, a cyclic redundancy check bit corresponding to the first-stage SCI, or a reference signal used to demodulate the first-stage SCI, that the transmit end apparatus is not to send the second-stage SCI to a receive end apparatus. In this way, the transmit end apparatus may flexibly choose, based on a specific scenario of the sidelink communication, to use 2-stage SCI or 1-stage SCI, to avoid resource waste caused by using the 2-stage SCI in any scenario of the sidelink communication, thereby improving resource utilization efficiency.

The first terminal apparatus determines that beams in the K1 directions all fail for N1 consecutive times. The first terminal apparatus sends P2 second reference signals to the second terminal apparatus in P1 directions.     Abstract: A zoom method and an apparatus to improve zoom accuracy of a camera module are disclosed. The zoom method includes: controlling, based on a target focal length, the lens to move in different subregions when the lens moves in an operation region, and determining position information of the lens based on a position detection relationship of a subregion in which the lens is currently located. The lens is controlled to move based on a position of the lens detected when the lens moves, so that the lens can more accurately stop at a position corresponding to the target focal length. This helps improve focusing accuracy of the camera module.
