Abstract:
A pressure control system of an automatic transmission includes a control-pressure regulating valve, a path switching valve, and a coupling-pressure regulating valve. The path switching valve selectively outputs a control pressure or a line pressure, so that the coupling-pressure regulating valve regulates a coupling pressure based on the control pressure during gear shifting, and regulates the coupling pressure based on the line pressure after completion of the gear shifting.
Abstract:
A motor includes a stator and a rotor rotated due to the interaction between the rotor and the stator. Since overhangs are protruded only from the circumference of a rotor core of the rotor facing the stator in the axial direction, manufacturing costs for improving performance and core loss of the stator are minimized. Additionally, since the rotor core is manufactured by iron powder metallurgy, the rotor core is conveniently designed.
Abstract:
According to the disclosed motor, since the motor includes a rotor in which a plurality of core pieces and magnets are alternately arranged in the circumferential direction, magnetic flux of the magnets is prevented from flowing between the core pieces neighbored with each other in the circumferential direction and the leakage of the magnetic flux can be minimized. Since identical polarities of the magnets neighbored with each other in the circumferential direction face each other, the magnetic flux can be concentrated to the respective core pieces. Moreover, since the axial direction of the circumference of the core facing the stator in the circumferential direction is longer than the axial direction of other portions thereof, torque is increased and manufacturing costs are reduced.

Disclosed herein is an inner shield for slim cathode ray tubes. On the assumption that the linear distance from an electron beam deflection center of a tube part to the plane formed by a seal edge of a panel is L, the height of the inner shield is Sh, the length of the major axis of an opening of the inner shield is Dx, the length of the minor axis of the opening is Dy, the short side bent angle is Sγ, the long side bent angle is Lγ, and the deflection angle is Dθ, the inner shield is constructed such that the following inequalities are satisfied: 2 α/β>5.0.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a block switch of a flash memory device in which a voltage higher than a predetermined operating voltage is generated to drive path transistors in order to stably apply the predetermined operating voltage to a selected cell block of the flash memory device. The block switch generates a high voltage clock signal of a high voltage level according to a control signal and a clock signal, and raises the voltage level of an output terminal to a predetermined level according to the high voltage clock signal. Accordingly, a high voltage can be outputted even at a low power supply voltage. There is no need for a decoder for high voltage as in a precharge and self-boosting mode. A voltage can be directly applied to word lines without a precharge operation. It is thus possible to reduce an operating time.
Abstract:
A stator of a motor having various shapes and capable of minimizing the manufacturing costs. At least teeth are manufactured by the iron powder metallurgy method. In order to obtain the overhang effect, the height of a tip of each tooth is lower than the height of a rotor and the height of a yoke is higher than the height of a tip of each tooth so as to minimize the core loss of the yoke. Since, in order to minimize the end coil, the height of a neck of each tooth is gradually higher as running from the sides to the central portion in the circumferential direction, costs for manufacturing a motor can be minimized and sufficient efficiency can be obtained.

The usability evaluation system for a driver information system includes a database, a driver information system realization portion, and a user's evaluation data gathering portion. The driver information system realization portion realizes a prototype driver information system and detects a user's manipulation reaction data while a user operates the driver information system. This portion converts the detected user's manipulation reaction data to data for a usability evaluation and automatically stores the converted data in the database. The user's evaluation data gathering portion gathers a user's objective evaluation data for the realized driver information system, and it converts the gathered user's objective evaluation data to data for a usability evaluation and automatically stores the converted data to the database.
