摘要： An optical recording medium with a number of recording layers that is adaptive for enhancing a light efficiency and for improving a responsibility of information and a recording capacity. In the optical recording medium, at least one of recording layers in the number of recording layers are formed of a material having a non-linear optical characteristic. The recording layer made from the non-linear optical characteristic material has a higher reflective coefficient as a light intensity becomes stronger, thereby improving a light efficiency when a recording layer far away from the light source is accessed. Also, the recording layer made from the non-linear optical characteristic allows an effective diameter of a light spot to be reduced, thereby enlarging a recording capacity of the optical recording medium.

The terminal includes a Radio Frequency (RF) unit for receiving signal from an external, a memory for storing a plurality of image elements comprising an idle screen image (IDLE_Img), a key input unit for generating a key input signal, a display unit for displaying the IDLE_Img, a battery for supplying necessary power to a terminal, and a controller for controlling receiving/transmitting signals between the respective components comprising the RF unit, the memory, the key input unit, the display unit and the battery, and for controlling the IDLE_Img to be displayed differently from a preset image according to system internal information parameter (Sys_Info) generated in response to changes of the respective components.

When covered with a metallization layer, LSCF cathodes have demonstrated increased durability and stability. Other modifications, such as the thickening of the cathode, the preparation of the device by utilizing a firing temperature in a designated range, and the use of a pore former paste having designated characteristics and combinations of these features provide a device with enhanced capabilities.
