摘要: Provided are a method and device for efficient public land mobile network (PLMN) selection upon authentication failure for each network slice in a roaming network. A user equipment (UE) receives a registration rejection message from an access and mobility management function (AMF) of a first PLMN. The registration rejection message includes rejected network slice selection assistance information (NSSAI) including first single NSSAI (S-NSSAI) and cause value #62 for the rejected NSSAI. The UE: generates second requested NSSAI including second S-NSSAI on the basis that i) the UE does not have allowed NSSAI and configured NSSAI, and ii) default configured NSSAI includes the second S-NSSAI that is not included in the rejected NSSAI and corresponds to a network slice of which the UE requests registration; and transmits a second registration request message including the second requested NSSAI to the AMF of the first PLMN.

摘要: According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for selecting a public land mobile network (PLMN) by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system comprises: in a manual network selection mode, displaying one or more first PLMN items corresponding to one or more first PLMNs on a display of the UE; when an input for a second PLMN item among the one or more PLMN items is received, controlling a communication module of the UE to attempt to register the UE on a second PLMN corresponding to the second PLMN item; when the registration on the second PLMN fails, providing access to restricted local operator service (RLOS), and displaying, on the display, one or more third PLMN items corresponding to one or more third PLMNs included in an RLOS PLMN list configured in a universal subscriber identity module (USIM) of the UE; and when an input for a fourth PLMN item among the one or more third PLMN items is received, controlling the communication module to initiate registration for access to the RLOS of a fourth PLMN corresponding to the fourth PLMN item, whereby it is possible to use not only excellent but also highly secure RLOS.

摘要: Provided is a method for handling a packet data unit (PDU) session establishment procedure. The method may performed by an access and mobility management function (AMF) node and comprise: determining whether to reject a PDU session establishment request. The determination may be performed if the PDU session establishment request includes an existing PDU session identifier. Based on the existing PDU session identifier, an identifier of a session management function (SMF) node may be acquired. The PDU session establishment request may be accepted, if it is determined based the identifier of the SMF node that the SMF node and the AMF node belong to a same PLMN. The PDU session establishment request may be further accepted, if it is determined based the identifier of the SMF node that the SMF node belongs to a HPLMN. The PDU session establishment request may be rejected, if it is determined based the identifier of the SMF node that the SMF node and the AMF node do not belong to the same PLMN or the SMF node does not belong to the HPLMN.

摘要: A method of operating a first user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method includes releasing a first PC5 radio resource control (RRC) connection for which sidelink (SL) radio link failure (RLF) has been declared among a plurality of PC5 RRC connections by the first UE, informing a PC5 unicast link associated with the first RRC connection by a PC5 unicast link identifier (ID) to a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) layer of the first UE by an access stratum (AS) layer of the first UE, and releasing the PC5 unicast link based on the PC5 unicast link ID by the V2X layer of the first UE. The PC5 unicast link ID indicates the PC5 unicast link for which the SL RLF has been declared and the first RRC connection has been released.

Particularly, a method for a user equipment (UE) performing V2X communication by means of a PC5 interface in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: receiving from an upper layer a request for transmitting a V2X message; requesting radio resources, for V2X communication by means of a PC5 interface, to a base station or selecting radio resources for V2X communication by means of the PC5 interface; and performing transmission of V2X communication by means of the PC5 interface, wherein, if a UE has emergency packet data network (PDN) connection, an indication, indicating that transmission by means of the emergency PDN connection is a higher priority than the V2X communication by means of the PC5 interface, can be transmitted from the upper layer.
