    摘要: The present invention relates to a light control system for electronic endoscopes which provides sufficiently bright images during observation of distant objects, allows stable light control during observation of close objects, and prolongs lamp life. The light control system comprises a CCD drive circuit for controlling a CCD, a microcomputer, a diaphragm drive circuit for driving a diaphragm, a lamp voltage control circuit for variably controlling lamp voltage, and a DVP for generating a luminance signal, wherein the diaphragm drive circuit controls the opening of the diaphragm based on the luminance signal received from the DVP and a constant voltage V1 is normally supplied to the lamp, but a larger voltage up to V2 may be supplied on instructions from the microcomputer if the luminance of an image is insufficient even with the diaphragm fully open. In an embodiment with an electronic shutter circuit, a control is performed so that the lamp voltage will be raised similarly up to V2 only when the amount of light is insufficient even with the electronic shutter set at the lowest speed. Thus, the lamp normally lights at low voltage and glows at high voltage only when the long range observation or the like, constantly providing the optimum amount of light.

    摘要: The present invention is a unit for eliminating the fluctuation of luminous energy reduction by keeping the response time of a shading mechanism constant even if a diaphragm opening degree differs when reading every pixel by setting a shading period. This unit is provided with a shading mask having a quadrangular or V-shaped opening and moves a shading shutter in the horizontal direction perpendicular to the vertically moving direction of a diaphragm plate. Therefore, a shading period is set in accordance with the constant response time of the shading shutter and the rate of luminous energy reduction becomes constant. Moreover, a high-quality static image having a stable brightness can be obtained by reading the signal of every pixel obtained by a CCD through one-time exposure while using the shading period and then pixel-mixing signals. Furthermore, it is possible to use the Archimedean spiral for the outer periphery of the diaphragm plate or the shading shutter.

    摘要: The present invention is an electronic endoscope apparatus that can appropriately compensate for the lack of light quantity caused by a delayed response from a shielding mechanism in using the all-pixel reading system to form a high-quality image. In this apparatus, for a moving image, a pixel mix signal is read out from a CCD to reproduce motions faithfully. For a still image, to improve the image quality, a shielding period set by the shielding plate is used to read out all the pixels obtained by the CCD during a single exposure in order to form a pixel mix signal using a mixing circuit. A lamp characteristic memory stores table data indicating the characteristic between the lamp voltage of the current lamp and the quantity of outgoing light so that based on this data, a lamp voltage higher than in moving images is supplied to the lamp during the exposure for still-image formation. This configuration compensates for the lack of light quantity caused by a delayed response from the shielding plate to provide an appropriately bright still image. The lack of light quantity can also be compensated for by storing in the memory the characteristic between a diaphragm value and the outgoing light quantity and increasing the numerical aperture of the diaphragm based on the characteristic data.

The guide roller has a flattened shape such that a ratio of an axial length of the roller relative to a diameter thereof falls within 0.10-0.40. Further, the guide roller is formed with a narrow fishline guide groove so that a ratio of an axial length of the fishline guide groove relative to an axial length of the roller falls within 0.05-0.35. It is possible to make a fishline guide roller small in weight and size and to restrict axial motion of a fishline along the guide roller which, among other advantages, reduces line twist in the fishline.

    摘要: In a spinning reel, the rear portion of the inner periphery of a large-diameter cylindrical portion and base portion of the rotor on the .beta. side of the rotor are formed into a thin-walled portion with a recess as compared with the rear area .alpha. of the rotor. The rear area .alpha. is closer to the bail support arm having a fishline guide portion than to the other bail support arm and is within the fishline winding side of the semi-annular bail arm. Furthermore the bail support arms and the bail support members are offset by a distance D with respect to the center of the rotary shaft of the rotor. This arrangement improves not only fishing operability, by stabilizing the rotational balance of the rotor without increasing the weight of the reel body as a whole but also improves fabrication efficiency by reducing the number of parts needed, since a discrete balance is no longer needed.

    摘要: A mechanism which for collapsing a handle of fishing reel to its side perpendicularly intersecting a plane containing the axis of the handle and that of a handle shaft. A manipulation member (15) having a manipulating projection (14) constituting the inner end of the member is fitted in the hole (11) of the shaft portion of the handle (4). The shaft portion has an engagement hole (12) provided between the inner end of the hole (11) and the deep-grooved inner part (5) of the shaft portion. The jut (2) of a holder (3) is fitted in the deep-grooved inner part (5) so that the handle (4) is supported. An engagement member (9) is fitted in the hole (7) of the jut (2) so that the engagement end portion (8) of the member can be engaged in the engagement hole (12) and disengaged out of it. To collapse handle (4), the manipulation member (15) is pushed in to disengage the engagement end portion ( 8) out of the engagement hole (12). A projecting member can be dispensed with at the joint of the handle and the shaft, thereby making the mechanism compact at the joint and prevent a fishline from tangling on the member.
