摘要： A heat dissipation system includes a computer case having a base plate and a back plate perpendicularly to the base plate, a motherboard on the base plate adjacent to the back plate, and a mass storage device beside the motherboard. The motherboard has a heat sink and a first fan on the heat sink. The base plate has a second fan beside the motherboard. The second fan is adjacent to the back plate. The mass storage device is away from the back plate. The first fan rotates in such a manner that airflow is drawn into the computer case, flows through the heat sink and is exhausted out of the computer case. The second fan rotates in such a manner that airflow is drawn into the computer case, flows through the mass storage device and is exhausted out of the computer case.

If determining indicates that the problem has not been solved the method may further include deleting the application and further determining whether the problem has been solved, and if so forwarding problem solution data to a knowledge database.

摘要： It is an object of the present invention to provide a method and apparatus for locating a keyword of a speech and a speech recognition system. The method includes the steps of: by extracting feature parameters from frames constituting the recognition target speech, forming a feature parameter vector sequence that represents the recognition target speech; by normalizing of the feature parameter vector sequence with use of a codebook containing a plurality of codebook vectors, obtaining a feature trace of the recognition target speech in a vector space; and specifying the position of a keyword by matching prestored keyword template traces with the feature trace. According to the present invention, a keyword template trace and a feature space trace of a target speech are drawn in accordance with an identical codebook. This causes resampling to be unnecessary in performing linear movement matching of speech wave frames having similar phonological feature structures. This makes it possible to improve the speed of location and recognition while ensuring the precision of recognition.

The first format and the second format are respectively adopted by video coding schemes possessing different DCT transform kernels. The transcoder includes: a transform-domain decoder, coupled to the digital video signal, for decoding the digital video signal of the first format to generate a first DCT-domain signal, the first DCT-domain signal corresponding to a first DCT transform of the first format in the transform domain; a transform kernel converter, coupled to the transform-domain decoder, for converting the first DCT-domain signal into a second DCT-domain signal, the second DCT-domain signal corresponding to a second DCT transform of the second format in the transform domain; and a transform-domain encoder, coupled to the transform kernel converter, for generating a resultant video signal encoded in the second format according to the second DCT domain signal.
