    摘要: In an excavation area limiting control system for a construction machine for limitingly controlling an area to be excavated, a region where a front device 1A is movable is set beforehand. The position and posture of the front device are calculated based on signals from angle sensors 8a-8c, and a target speed vector of the front device is calculated based on detection signals from control lever units and load pressures detected by pressure sensors 270a to 271b. The target speed vector is modified so that a vector component of the target speed vector in the direction toward the boundary of the set region is reduced when the front device is within the set region near the boundary thereof, and the front device is returned to the set region when the front device is outside the set region. Control signals corresponding to the modified target speed vector are further modified depending on the load pressures and output to proportional solenoid valves 210a to 211b. As a result, the excavation within a limited area can be implemented efficiently and smoothly, and stable control is achieved with good accuracy regardless of change in the load pressures of hydraulic actuators.

    摘要: A flow control valve has a first variable restrictor to control a flow rate of a hydraulic fluid supplied from a hydraulic fluid supply line to a hydraulic actuator and a second variable restrictor to control a flow rate of the hydraulic fluid discharged from the hydraulic actuator to a hydraulic fluid return line. A pressure compensating valve holds constant a differential pressure across the first variable restrictor, and a recovery circuit having a recovery line has a check valve that allows flow of the hydraulic fluid only toward the supply line. The recovery circuit receives at least part of the hydraulic fluid discharged from the hydraulic actuator and returns it to the supply line at a portion between the pressure compensating valve and the first variable restrictor through the recovery line upon controlling of the discharged flow rate by the second variable restrictor to thereby recover the discharged hydraulic fluid. A third variable restrictor disposed in the return line at a portion downstream of the second variable restrictor controls the recovery pressure of the hydraulic fluid returned to the supply line, and its restriction amount is changed dependent upon an input amount of the flow rate control valve.

    摘要: A working machine such as a hydraulic excavator is provided with a working apparatus including a boom pivotally mounted on the body of the working apparatus and a boom-cylinder hydraulic system for the working apparatus. The hydraulic system includes an actuator for moving the boom up and down and a directional selecting valve. The directional selecting valve is arranged to effect selective switching of the feed of a pressurized working fluid to and the discharge of the working fluid from with respect to the rod-side and the bottom-side hydraulic chamber. The hydraulic system further includes a device for relieving the pressure of the bottom-side hydraulic chamber of the actuator. This relieving device is connected to the bottom-side hydraulic chamber of the actuator via a hydraulic circuit. When the pressure in the bottom-side hydraulic chamber changes from rise to fall, the pressure is released to a low-pressure side of the hydraulic circuit, thereby suppressing oscillation of the boom.

    摘要: An unloading valve is connected to a hydraulic pump, the unloading valve being opened when a differential pressure between a delivery pressure of the hydraulic pump and a maximum load pressure exceeds a predetermined value, for discharging a part of a flow rate of a hydraulic fluid delivered from the hydraulic pump to a reservoir. A fixed restriction for generating a control pressure corresponding to the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid discharged through the unloading valve is connected downstream of the unloading valve. A control device for the hydraulic pump is constructed to reduce the delivery rate of the hydraulic pump as the control pressure generated by the fixed restriction is raised, and increase the pump delivery rate as the control pressure is lowered. An adjusting valve is connected to the hydraulic pump in parallel to the unloading valve at a position upstream of the fixed restriction, and this adjusting valve is controlled such that an opening area of the adjusting valve is large when an input amount of a control lever is small, and the opening area is reduced as the input amount of the control lever increases. Thus, LS control through the unloading valve and bleed-off control through the adjusting valve are selectively performed depending on the input amount of the control lever, so that flow rate control can be implemented by utilizing characteristics of both the control modes.
