    摘要: When aluminum members are arc welded at a welding speed of 2-7 minute, a quantity of input energy is remarkably reduced so as to form a welded joint free from deformation or strains. A weld bead with sufficient penetration is formed due to the high thermal conductivity of the aluminum material. The penetration is promoted by jagging the groove face. The heat balance between the aluminum members different in heat capacity from each other is stabilized by holding a jig having big heat capacity in contact with the aluminum member having smaller heat capacity, so that a good weld joint can be obtained regardless of the difference in heat capacity.

    摘要: An electronic private branch exchange includes a first fault detection portion, a first alternate control portion, a second fault detection portion, and a second alternate control portion. The first fault detection portion detects occurrence of a fault on a private line for connection to a remote electronic private branch exchange (EPBX). The first alternate control portion selects one of a plurality of integrated services digital network (ISDN) lines registered in advance after the first fault detection portion detects occurrence of the fault, thereby forming a first alternate communication path for alternate connection to the remote EPBX. The second fault detection portion detects occurrence of a fault on a first alternate line formed by the first alternate control portion. The second alternate control portion selects one of the ISDN lines registered in advance except for an ISDN line on which occurrence of a fault has been detected after the second fault detection portion detects occurrence of the fault, thereby forming a second alternate communication path for alternate connection to the remote EPBX.

    摘要: Disclosed is an aluminum building material which comprises a substrate made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, an anodic oxide film formed on the surface of the substrate, and a thin film containing a photocatalytically active semiconductor and deposited on the anodic oxide film. The film containing the photocatalytically active semiconductor embraces both a film formed solely of the semiconductor mentioned above and a film having fine particles of the semiconductor incorporated in or deposited on a suitable carrier such as, for example, a coating film. A fixture unit is also provided which comprises a frame member made of the aluminum building material mentioned above, a panel member having the surface thereof coated with a film containing a photocatalytically active semiconductor, and a watertight and airtight member containing fine particles of a photocatalytically active semiconductor.

    摘要: In order to shorten time needed for communication and alleviate the processing load of the handshake procedure, a master CPU and a slave CPU perform an exchange of data utilizing a first data line and a second data line. A key word is entered in a communication message to the master CPU from the slave CPU requesting initialization be performed. An initialization request from the slave CPU to the master CPU is performed with a key word accompanying a communication error from the slave CPU. The master CPU initializes the slave CPU and synchronizes with it by utilizing a request line, and a reply line only when the master CPU power is turned on or when a communication error occurs including the request for initialization by means of the key word.

    摘要: A splicer bed has a leader support on a top thereof. An opening is provided in one end of the leader support. A knife mounting base is arranged to project from the opening and is provided at one end with a cartridge holder. The knife mounting base has a leader positioning head provided on the other end thereof for determining the position of a leader. A stationary knife is mounted to the leader positioning head. A movable knife is mounted for pivotal movement to the stationary knife. A film holddown plate is pivotably mounted to the knife mounting base. The knife mounting base is provided with a pair of punches which are arranged slidably and can be lowered by the film holddown plate. Before the leading portion of a film is drawn out from a film cartridge loaded in the cartridge holder is held under the film holddown plate, the downward movement of the film holddown plate causes the punches to cut two notches in both side edges of the film. The leading portion of the film is trimmed by the downward action of the movable knife and then is joined by a strip of splicing tape to the leader placed on the leader support.

The specified segmented functions commonalize a structural component of the module. The method eliminates a combination of segmented functions in the group, the combination of the segmented functions corresponding to a combination of only the select input instruction non-inputted to the module. The method generates a combination component shared by a combination of the remaining segmented functions in the group, and generates a single component implementing a segmented function unclassified into the group. The method generates the module by linking the combination component and the single component with each other.
