摘要: Disclosed is an aluminum building material which comprises a substrate made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, an anodic oxide film formed on the surface of the substrate, and a thin film containing a photocatalytically active semiconductor and deposited on the anodic oxide film. The film containing the photocatalytically active semiconductor embraces both a film formed solely of the semiconductor mentioned above and a film having fine particles of the semiconductor incorporated in or deposited on a suitable carrier such as, for example, a coating film. A fixture unit is also provided which comprises a frame member made of the aluminum building material mentioned above, a panel member having the surface thereof coated with a film containing a photocatalytically active semiconductor, and a watertight and airtight member containing fine particles of a photocatalytically active semiconductor.

摘要: An in-mold coat-forming mold and an in-mold coat-forming method are provided, wherein the mold prevents leakage of a coating material for the long term, which is likely to occur when the in-mold coat-forming method is carried out. By disposing a grove, a pressure piece, or both of them so as to serve as coating-material leakage-preventing means, in the vicinity of the edge of a mold cavity adjacent to a shear-structured engaging portion disposed along the circumference of the mold cavity, a coating material is prevented from leaking out of the mold from the engaging portion, and problems such as an adverse affect on a formed product caused by the leaked coating-material and a damage on the mold are prevented, whereby in-mold coat-forming is stably performed for the long term.

摘要: To provide a spool for a coil winding device capable of preventing poor insulation caused by a leakage of coil wires without initially inserted coil wires staying at the vicinity of slot openings. A spool for a coil winding device of this invention includes a plurality of coil winding surfaces increased stepwise in diameter from the bottom upward in a state where the spool is disposed on the coil winding device. The spool includes a front spool part and a rear spool part, which are placed at a distance from each other so that each turn of coil has a length corresponding to arbitrary lamination thickness of the stator core. The plurality of coil winding surfaces includes a coil winding surface corresponding to the outermost coil that is formed so that a portion in a radial pattern from the vicinity of a portion corresponding to a central axis of the stator core towards an opening of the slot in which each coil is loaded is extended at least to a position corresponding to a core back where the roots of the teeth outside the slot of the stator core are connected.
