摘要: A display device, comprising: display elements formed in vicinity of intersections of signal lines and scan lines aligned vertically and horizontally; image pickup units provided corresponding to each of the display elements by at least one piece, each converting incident radiation at predetermined range into an electric signal; electric charge accumulators which accumulate the electric charge in accordance with the electric signal converted by the image pickup units; and signal processing unit which generates digital image data corresponding to image picked up by the image pickup unit, based on accumulated electric charge of the electric charge accumulator for each of a plurality of image pickup conditions.

摘要: To enable acquisition of image data in multiple tone levels in a short capturing time, a liquid crystal display device 1 includes a photodiode having sensitivity R, a capacitor having capacitance C and configured to store a charge in response to an electric signal converted by the photodiode in a state where an initial voltage V is applied thereto, a SRAM configured to retain binary data which indicate as to whether or not an amount of charge stored in the capacitor is equal to or above a threshold voltage Vth, an image capturing control unit 5 configured to generate pixel data in multiple tone levels based on the binary data outputted from the SRAM of a plurality of adjacent pixels. Here, at least any one value of R, V, C, and Vth in each of the pixels is set to a different value from relevant values of other adjacent pixels.

摘要: A display device has display elements provided inside of pixels formed in vicinity of signal lines and scanning lines aligned in matrix form, a plurality of image capture circuits, each capturing image at a certain range of a subject, and being provided one for every multiple pixels, a scanning line drive circuit which drives the scanning lines, a signal line drive circuit which drives the signal lines, a pixel voltage supply control circuit which controls whether or not to supply a pixel voltage to the corresponding signal line, and a pre-charge voltage supply control circuit which controls whether or not to supply a pre-charge voltage capable of changing voltage level for each signal line to the corresponding signal line.

摘要: A drug packaging device having a shutter provided in a guide path which can prevent drugs from rebounding from the shutter once they land on the shutter so that they can settle on the shutter as quickly as possible. The shutter is made up of a plate-shaped body made from a soft, flexible silicone resin, and a Teflon resin coating layer formed on the body. Such a shutter can absorb shocks when drugs land on the shutter and prevent them from rebounding when they land on the shutter. Thus, drugs stabilize quickly after they land on the shutter.
