    摘要: A backlight module for curved liquid crystal display device and a curved liquid crystal display device are disclosed. The backlight module comprises a backplate, a light guide plate and a backlight source that are arranged in the backplate, and quantum tubes that are arranged between the light guide plate and the backlight source, wherein a fold line which matches a curved surface of the curved liquid crystal display device is formed by the quantum tubes. In the backlight module, the fold line that is formed by the quantum tubes can be fitted into a curved line so as to match the curved surface of the curved liquid crystal display device. The quantum tubes can be applied to the curved liquid crystal display device through this arrangement, whereby the color purity of the curved liquid crystal display device can be improved, and the color gamut thereof can be enlarged.

    摘要: An edge-type backlight source assembly includes at least one quantum bar (QD) tube bracket, at least one QD tube fixed within the QD tube bracket, a plurality of LED lamp bars, and a connector. The LED lamp bar includes a substrate and a plurality of LED lamps on the substrate, and the LED lamps emit blue light. The substrate is attached to a bottom of the QD tube bracket. The LED lamps are received within the QD tube bracket and are arranged to be opposite to the QD tube. The connector electrically connects with the adjacent two LED lamp bars and is fixed on a sidewall of the QD tube bracket. A backlight module is also disclosed. The connector, which is fixed on the sidewall of the QD tube bracket, electrically connects to the two adjacent LED lamps to ensure the wiring connection between the lamp bars.

    摘要: A backplane structure includes a backplane and a curved supporting frame. The curved supporting frame includes a first and a second region, wherein, a curvature radius of the second region is less than a curvature radius of the first region. The curvature radiuses of the supporting frame are evenly changed from the first region toward the second region. The backplane is a flat-thin sheet, and the supporting frame is installed at a surface of the backplane and bends the backplane to form a curved surface having an even curvature radius. A curved display device includes a display panel and a backplane structure. Different positions of the supporting frame provide different curvature radiuses to apply different supporting forces near or away from the supporting frame such that all positions of the backplane can maintain a target curvature radius. Curvature radiuses of the backplane structure and the curved display device are equal.

    摘要: The present invention provides an optical film assembly mounting structure, which includes: a first mold frame (6), a second mold frame (8) arranged on the first mold frame (6), and an optical film assembly (9) arranged between the first and second mold frame (6, 8). The first mold frame (6) carries the optical film assembly (9) thereon and the second mold frame (8) is positioned on and presses down the optical film assembly (9) so as to achieve secure mounting of the optical film assembly (9). The first mold frame (6) includes an inclined first upper surface (61). The second mold frame (8) includes a first bottom surface (81) and a second bottom surface (83) connected to the first bottom surface and having an inclination angle identical to that of the first upper surface (61). The optical film assembly (9) is positioned on the first upper surface (61) and the first and second bottom surfaces (81, 83) are positioned on and press down the optical film assembly (9).

    摘要: A liquid crystal module is disclosed. The liquid crystal module includes a back plate having a vertical plate, a plastic frame arranged on the vertical plate for supporting the liquid crystal glass, a connecting assembly and a front frame. The connecting assembly is arranged above the plastic frame. An engaging location of the connecting assembly and the plastic frame is adjustable. A lateral side of the connecting assembly abuts against an edge of the liquid crystal glass. The front frame arranged above the connecting assembly is fixed with the connecting assembly. The front frame covers a rim of the liquid crystal glass. The relative location of the front frame and the liquid crystal glass can be easily adjusted via the connecting assembly. In addition, the displacement of the display area resulting from assembly errors is avoided. As such, the display area and the exposed black matrix remain consistent.

The air sack sheet is formed by connecting a plurality of air sacks. The package cushioning material uses an air sack sheet as a basic cushioning material that is protected from being damaged by the corners of the ends of the liquid crystal glass by being separated from the corners of the liquid crystal glass by the scratch protection layers.

    摘要: The invention provides a splicing backplane for a backlight module, which is arranged on the backside of the backlight module. The splicing backplane comprises a mounting portion and a supporting portion, wherein the horizontal height of the mounting portion is level with or lower than that of the supporting portion; and a plurality of the splicing backplanes are assembled together by the mutual superposition of various mounting portions. A plurality of the splicing backplanes are superposed with each other and combined into one, and the height differences between the mounting portions and the supporting portions of two adjacent backplanes are unequal, so that one backplane can be accommodated into the other backplane. In addition, after the superposition, the overall thickness of the backplanes is invariable.
