The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services.In detail, an information transmission method of a base station in a wireless communication system according to the present disclosure includes: generating control channel monitoring information for monitoring a control channel of at least one of a first terminal using a first transmission time interval (TTI) or a second terminal using a second TTI; and transmitting the control channel monitoring information. In this case, the first terminal may support a first bandwidth or a second bandwidth and the second terminal may support the first bandwidth or a third bandwidth.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a communication method and a system therefor, wherein the method converges Internet of things (IoT) technology and a fifth generation (5G) communication system for supporting a high data transmission rate beyond that of a fourth generation (4G) system, and may be applied to intelligent services based on 5G communication and IoT-related technology. Herein, a method by a terminal includes receiving, from a base station, logical channel configuration information including first information on an allowed configured grant for each of at least one logical channel and second information on a priority for each of the at least one logical channel, identifying that an uplink grant for a first configured grant and an uplink grant for a second configured grant are overlapped, and transmitting, to the base station, the first configured grant having a priority that is higher than a priority of the second configured grant, based on the first information and the second information.

    Abstract: A method and system for differentiating different Protocol Data Units (PDU) in a D2D communication network. The type of PDU to be differentiated is assigned/associated with a unique data/value and transmitted to the destination, by a transmitting User Equipment. At the receiving end, the receiving User Equipment differentiates between different types of PDU packets received, based on the unique data associated with the collected data. Further, the received PDU data is processed based on a suitable packet processing function that matches the PDU type of the PDU data received.

The method includes receiving, from a base station, information on radio resources allocated to the UE, and receiving, from the base station, data based on the information on the radio resources. The radio resources are associated with a plurality of symbols in a time domain and a plurality of resource block groups in a frequency domain. The information on the radio resources includes at least one of first information on a starting symbol, or second information on a size of each of the resource block groups.
