摘要： An apparatus is provided for transmitting uplink fast feedback information in a wireless communication system. In the apparatus, a channel encoder generates uplink fast feedback information to transmit, and outputs 3-bit codewords being set according to the fast feedback information. A noncoherent modulator modulates transmission symbols corresponding to the codewords using a noncoherent modulation scheme, and allocates the modulated transmission symbols to each of subcarrier bundles. An inverse fast Fourier transform (IFFT) unit IFFT-processes a transmission signal comprised of the subcarrier bundles before transmission.

摘要： A multiple antenna communication system is provided. In the multiple antenna communication system, a receiver selects a transmit eigenvector corresponding to a singular value resulting from the Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) of a channel matrix between Tx antennas and Rx antennas and feeds back the transmit eigenvector to a transmitter to assist the transmitter in selecting transmission data. Thus, the efficiency of data transmission is increased.

摘要： Disclosed is a method for using various multiple antenna schemes in a baseband wireless access system is provided. According to the method, a downlink MAP message is constructed in order to support various multiple antenna schemes based on a multiple-input multiple output (MIMO), which is one of the multiple antenna schemes, so that compatibility with exiting MIMO technology having no MIMO feedback can be achieved and overhead occurring in transmission of an MAP information element can be reduced. Further, it is possible to efficiently support spatial multiplexing technology capable of transmitting multiple layers having different modulation and coding in a MIMO system.

摘要： A transmitter for maximizing coding gain by transmitting an input symbol sequence through a plurality of transmit antennas method according to feedback CQIs from a receiver in a 3 Tx-rate 2 communication system. In the transmitter, an S/P converter converts serial modulated data to parallel modulated data. A coder mode decider determines a transmission mode based on the channel quality indicator of each transmit antenna fed back from a receiver. A coder transmits the parallel modulated data through the three transmit antennas according to the determined transmission mode.

摘要： A signal transmission apparatus in a communication system is disclosed. A channel interleaver generates an interleaved vector by channel-interleaving a Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) codeword according to a channel interleaving rule, and a modulator generates a modulation symbol by modulating the interleaved vector according to a modulation scheme. The channel interleaving rule is one of a first channel interleaving rule and a second channel interleaving rule. The first channel interleaving rule is a rule for setting degree distribution for nodes in a factor graph of the LDPC codeword separately for individual levels supported by the modulation scheme. The second channel interleaving rule is a rule for allowing coded bits included in the LDPC codeword to be interleaved according to an unequal error characteristic of the modulation scheme.

摘要： An apparatus and method for retransmitting a codeword packet in a system using Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest (HARQ) are provided. The HARQ retransmission method includes defining multiple mother codes, and selecting one of code rates of the mother codes as an initial transmission code rate according to channel condition, determining a retransmission unit for each of codeword packets coded with code rates corresponding to the mother codes and retransmitting corresponding codeword packets in units of the determined retransmission units every time there is a retransmission request.
