摘要： A room-temperature curable organopolysiloxane composition is provided, which includes (A) an organopolysiloxane with the terminals blocked with a hydroxyl group, a hydrolysable group, or both these types of groups, and (B) an organosilicon compound containing a hydrolysable group, a partial hydrolysis-condensation product thereof, or a mixture of the two, and (C) a polysiloxane containing an oxyalkylene group bonded to a silicon atom via, for example, a C—C—Si linkage. Application of this composition to an underwater structure is able to generate an antifouling coating that is effective in preventing the adhesion and growth of aquatic organisms on the surface of the underwater structure, and displays superior long term endurance of this antifouling effect.

The composition is best suited as an adhesive to electrical and electronic parts.

摘要： In a mobile communication system having plural cells for presenting plural types of communication service to plural mobile stations, information of allowance of delay of call connection is attached to a call to the mobile station, and when delay of call connection is not allowed as seen from this information of allowance, the mobile station is paged simultaneously through all cells in the location registration area, and when delay of call connection is allowed, the mobile station is paged sequentially in the unit of certain cells in the location registration area. Accordingly, the control traffic required for location registration and paging can be decreased.

摘要： The transmitter includes a first bit generator, a modulator, a second bit generator and a bit converter. The first bit generator generates bits to be transmitted based on the first wireless scheme. The modulator for the first wireless scheme performs at least amplitude modulation of a multiple level on the bits generated by the first bit generator. The second bit generator generates a bit to be transmitted based on the second wireless scheme. The bit converter converts the bit generated by the second bit generator and inputs converted bits to the modulator wherein the bit converter converts the bit generated by the second bit generator so that a signal showing High in the second wireless scheme is modulated to amplitude of a high level in the multiple level in the modulator.

摘要： A transmitter includes a power measurement unit, a carrier sense unit, and a transmission unit. A first frequency band is allocated to a TDMA system. The power measurement unit measures a receiving power over a part of a first frequency band and a second frequency band. The carrier sense unit continues to check for a certain duration whether the receiving power is smaller than a threshold. The transmission unit generates a transmission signal including a dummy signal and a data signal when the receiving power has been smaller than the threshold for the certain duration. Moreover, the transmission unit transmits the transmission signal using the second frequency band.

摘要： An anti-fouling condensation curing organopolysiloxane composition is provided comprising in admixture, (A) 100 parts by weight of a base polymer in the form of a diorganopolysiloxane having at least two silicon atom-bonded hydroxyl or hydrolyzable groups in a molecule, at least 2 mol % of entire substituent groups being phenyl groups, (B) 0.5 to 30 parts by weight of a silane having at least two hydrolyzable groups or a partial hydrolytic condensate thereof, and (C) 5 to 100 parts by weight of a non-reactive dialkylpolysiloxane. The composition cures at room temperature to form a coating which is non-toxic, non-detrimental to the environment, and effective for preventing aquatic organisms from depositing and growing thereon over a long term.
