摘要: A plasma display device including a green phosphor of which brightness is hardly deteriorated and a production method therefor are disclosed. The plasma display device comprises a plasma display panel in which a plurality of discharge cells of one color or a plurality of colors are disposed, red phosphor layers 110R, green phosphor layers 110G, and blue phosphor layers 110B are arranged correspondingly to the respective discharge cells, and the red phosphor layers 110R, the green phosphor layers 110G, and the blue phosphor layers 110B are excited by ultraviolet rays to emit light. The green phosphor layers 110G include a green phosphor expressed by (Ma-x-yEuxTby)O.MgO.2SiO2 (here, M is at least one element selected from Ca, Sr, and Ba).

摘要: A plasma display device provided with a green color phosphor which is charged entirely with a positive potential, adsorbs only limited amounts of water, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and hydrocarbon, and not liable to cause chemical reaction thereto. A green color phosphor layer is formed of the green phosphor comprising at least one compound selected from among materials defined by the general formulae of M1-a (Ga1-xAlx)2 O4:Mna (where “M” denotes one of Zn, Mg, Ca and Sr), (Y1-a-yGda) (Ga1-xAlx)3 (BO3)4:Tby, (Y1-a-yGda) (Ga1-xAlx)3 (BO3)4:Cey, Tby, (Y1-a-yGda) BO3:Tby and (Y1-a-yGda)3 (Ga1-xAlx)5 O12:Tby.

摘要: Fine particles of a phosphor are weighed, mixed, and filled. Provided after this step are at least one step of firing the particles in a reducing atmosphere, and a step of pulverizing, dispersing, rinsing, drying and then treating the particles in an ozone atmosphere after the last step of treatment in the reducing atmosphere. This method recovers oxygen vacancy in the host crystal of the phosphor.

摘要: A conductive film made of Al or alloy containing Al as a main component is formed on an underlying substrate. An upper conductive film is disposed on the conductive film. A first opening is formed through the upper conductive film. An insulating film is disposed on the upper conductive film. A second opening is formed through the insulating film. An inner wall of the second opening is retreated from an inner wall of the first opening. An ITO film is formed covering a partial upper surface of the insulating film and inner surfaces of the first and second openings, and contacting a partial upper surface of the upper conductive film at a region inside of the second opening. Good electrical contact between an Al or Al alloy film and an ITO film can be established and productivity can be improved.

摘要: Disclosed is a cleaning device with a squirter for squirting liquid forward of a cleaning head. The cleaning head has a nozzle head whose squirt surface is curved. In the nozzle head, squirt directions of nozzles, which are arranged to fan out at a squirt angle, are substantially perpendicular to tangents to the squirt surface. Therefore, liquid squirted from the nozzles tends to fly straight along the squirt directions without being drawn to the squirt surface.

摘要: Disclosed is a cleaning sheet to be attached to a cleaning head. The cleaning sheet has an attachment sheet dimensioned to cover a nozzle head provided in the cleaning head. Liquid squirted from the nozzle head can be received by the attachment sheet and come between the cleaning head and the cleaning sheet. Since the cleaning sheet has a liquid permeable attachment surface, the liquid having reached the attachment surface can be absorbed by a liquid absorbent sheet of the cleaning sheet and gradually applied to a floor surface to be cleaned.

摘要: In a phosphor whose host crystal is constituted of an oxide, a method of preparing the phosphor where the oxygen deficiencies in the phosphor are not many, and a plasma display device using the same are provided. After processes of weighing, mixing and filling powders of the phosphor, a process for firing in a reducing atmosphere and a process for firing in an oxidizing atmosphere after the last reducing atmosphere process are provided. In addition, a firing temperature in the oxidizing atmosphere process is not less than 600° C. and not more than 1000° C.
