摘要： By mixing, stirring and kneading, with water glass (11) as a binder, sand (7), a surfactant (9), and water (10), foamed sand (S) is generated. The foamed sand (S) is packed in a cavity of a metallic mold and solidified to form a sand mold. By using the sand mold, aluminum is cast. By using water glass that is an inorganic binder, during casting, harmful gas and odor are not generated. Further, when a molar ratio n of water glass (Na2O nSiO2 mH2O) is adjusted in the range of 0.65 to 1.30, a quantity of water (H2O) generated by heating water glass with a high temperature melt during casting can be suppressed. Thereby, hydrogen gas (H2) according to a reaction between water (H2O) and aluminum (Al) can be suppressed from being generated and casting quality can be improved.

摘要： It is an object of the invention to provide a hand-held mop in which a grip connected to a mounting part for mounting and supporting a mop body is prevented from being detached from the mounting part during cleaning operation.A hand-held mop 1 includes a mop body 2, a mounting part 10, and a grip 20. The mop body 2 has a pair of mop body portions 2a, and the mounting part 10 has a pair of mounting pieces 11 which are inserted into mounting spaces of the mop body portions 2a, and an insert 15. The grip 20 has a holding side 22 which defines an insert space 22a into which the insert 15 of the mounting part 10 is inserted. Further, a side opening 23 is formed in the holding side 22 of the grip 20, and a side projection 19 is formed on the insert 15 of the mounting part 10 and engaged in the side opening 23. A spring region 24 is formed in the holding side 22 of the grip 20, and when the insert 15 is inserted into the insert space 22a, the spring region 24 is pressed by the side projection 19 of the insert 15 and bent.

摘要： A cleaning sheet and a cleaning tool which have improved usability. The cleaning sheet is attachable to a cleaning-sheet mounting member. The cleaning sheet has a center section made up of a cleaning surface and at least one end section disposed at one or more sides with respect to the center section in a predetermined direction. The end section has a first portion having a first elongation percentage and a second portion having a second elongation percentage which is higher than that of the first portion. The second portion is disposed in said direction between the first portion and the center section and is constructed so as to be supported by the cleaning-sheet mounting member at the boundary between the first and second portions. The cleaning tool is provided with the cleaning sheet.

摘要： A cleaning device with a squirter for squirting liquid forward of a cleaning head is provided. The cleaning head may have a nozzle head whose squirt surface is curved. In the nozzle head, squirt directions of nozzles, which are arranged to fan out at a squirt angle, may be substantially perpendicular to tangents to the squirt surface. Therefore, liquid squirted from the nozzles may fly straight along the squirt directions without being drawn to the squirt surface.

摘要： In a wet sheet, hydrophobic outer layer sheets are disposed on both sides of the hydrophilic inner layer sheet impregnated with cleaning solution. Each of intermediate layer sheets is folded over so as to form a space having an opening. End portions of the inner layer sheet are inserted into the spaces of the intermediate layer sheets. The inner layer sheet can come in contact with the outer layer sheet via a space between the intermediate layer sheets. With such a construction, sufficiently high frictional force acts between the inner layer sheet and the outer layer sheet.
