    摘要: A synchronizing system with a simple structure accomplishes synchronous reproduction without complicating a control circuit for synchronizing video and audio signals with each other. The number of unit audio data blocks to be put in one pack is set in such a way that the difference between the presentation start times for the stream of video data and the stream of audio data in one pack in a predetermined pack period becomes a predetermined value, and the pack carries positional information of the pack in the predetermined pack period to the pack. In a reproducing apparatus, the difference between presentation start times for video signals and audio signals in each pack is acquired by referring to positional information (AAU sequence number) in a stream of packs, transferred by the above transmission method, and at least one of the presentation start times for video signals and audio signals in the stream of packs is controlled so that the difference between the presentation start times coincides with the difference between the presentation start times corresponding to the positional information.

    摘要: A method and an apparatus for transmitting a video signal. A two-dimensional picture formed by the video signal is divided into a plurality of extracting periods, frames, fields, and areas. A first signal portion represents a moving area. The plurality of areas for each unit extracting period corresponding to successive N (N being a natural number) frames of the video signal. An extracted video signal is formed by extracting from one field the first signal portion in a moving area, and from another field second signal portions representing nonmoving areas. A position identification signal which indicates the position of the moving area formed by the first signal portion are transmitted in combination.

    摘要: An improved optical exposure apparatus for use in exposing a workpiece to a desired light pattern with a high alignment accuracy and a high operational speed is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a moving table on which a workpiece to be exposed is disposed, a movable holder on which a mask having an original pattern is disposed, a light source for irradiating said mask, a reduction lens for projecting a reduced pattern of said original pattern onto said workpiece, means for positioning said moving table to a predetermined position, means for detecting the error of said table positioning, means for calculating a value of the error of positioning the workpiece divided by the reduction rate of the reduction lens, and means for automatically shifting said movable holder by the calculated value so as to cancel said error.
