    摘要: An improved and highly efficient method for the preparation of 2-R(R=alkyl, aryl, H) pyrroles from nitrites (RCN, R=alkyl, aryl) is described using Lewis acid activated donor-acceptor cyclopropanes to react with aliphatic, aromatic, branched, α,β-unsaturated, or otherwise functionalized nitrites in a cascade [3+2] dipolar cycloaddition, dehydration and tautomerization sequence.

    摘要: Described herein are methods of producing kinesins. In a preferred embodiment, the kinesins are produced from a prokaryote, most preferably, a bacterial cell. Bacterial expression offers several advantages over systems previously utilized, such as, for example, Bacculovirus. The yield of protein is higher, the cost of the expression setup is lower, and creation of alternative expression vectors is easier. The concern of copurifying a contaminating activity from the expression host is also eliminated since bacteria, in contrast to the bacculovirus expression system, do not have kinesin like proteins. Also described herein are purified kinesins, preferably unglycosylated and methods of use.

The at least one resonator may include a cavity comprising an inner diameter and a cavity length. The at least one resonator may also include a first metal disc inside the cavity. The first metal disc may include a disc diameter and a void in the metal disc, which includes a void diameter and a void depth. The inner diameter of the cavity may be greater than the disc diameter creating a gap with a gap width and a gap depth. The TE011 cavity filter assembly may further include positive coupling.
