    摘要: Provided is a method of manufacturing a hollow microneedle structure. The method includes coating a hollow core having a predetermined section and being long in a lengthwise direction with a coating solution, and solidifying the coating solution to form a coating layer, depositing a metal seed layer on the coating layer, plating the seed metal layer with a metal to form a plated layer, cutting the hollow core having the plated layer at an inclination angle with respect to the lengthwise direction to form a surface inclination, and removing the hollow core and the coating layer to form a hollow. Thus, the hollow microneedle structure can be manufactured to have such diameter, length, hardness, and inclination angle as to minimize pain. By use of the hollow core, the microneedle structure can have vertical microneedles with a uniform inner diameter.

    摘要: Provided are a method and apparatus for detecting bio-complexes that are important sub protein interaction networks using a rule-based template in large interaction networks present in a single species. The method includes (a) defining a rule-based template corresponding to a bio-complex to be detected by defining a node that consists of at least one protein, a triplet that consists of two defined nodes and a protein interaction relationship therebetween, and single and composite rules using the triplet and an operator; (b) analyzing the rules of the defined rule-based template by analyzing whether the protein corresponding to the node included in the defined rule-based template and the protein interaction relationship corresponding to the triplet are present in a protein interaction network; and (c) detecting a bio-complex in the protein interaction network by assessing the triplet included in the rules analyzed and the node included in the triplet using a protein interaction relationship and protein of the protein interaction networks.

As described above, the abnormal signs, which should be checked to provide care services, are sensed via changes in a daily activity pattern and added to a care service system that will be installed in welfare facilities for the aged or a home of a solitary old person, thereby effectively sensing the abnormal signs in daily activities of the aged.

The apparatus includes a database which stores information on a plurality of reference active sites, a comparing unit which calculates 3D structural similarities according to the number of overlapping residues, with respect to an input active site and the stored reference active site, and a search unit which searches the reference active site with respect to the input active site according to the similarities. Accordingly, similar active sites can be searched with a low computational complexity, thereby be used for a correct new drug design.
