Abstract:
The present disclosure provides an SC-MCCH sending method and device, and an SC-PTM receiving method and device. The SC-MCCH sending method includes: generating, by a base station, SC-MCCH information for indicating configuration information of a Single Cell Point-to-Multipoint (SC-PTM) service; and sending, by the base station, the SC-MCCH information; wherein the SC-MCCH information comprises: a mapping relationship between an identifier (TMGI) of the SC-PTM service and a Group Radio Network Temporary Identifier (G-RNTI), and information of a time domain location where the SC-PTM service is.
Abstract:
Provided are methods and devices for allocating and processing sub-frame resources. In the methods, under the condition that a Multicast Channel (MCH) Scheduling Period (MSP) exceeds a Common Sub-frame allocation Period (CSP), an allocation manner for allocating Multicast Broadcast over Single Frequency Network (MBSFN) sub-frame resources to each MCH and a Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) in the MCH is determined; and the allocation manner is notified to User Equipment (UE). According to the technical solutions provided above, under the condition that the MSP exceeds the CSP, MBMS resource scheduling may be implemented, the UE may be ensured to correctly receive a required MBMS, and user experiences may be improved.
Abstract:
A method and device for managing vehicles in Internet of Vehicles (IOV) are provided. The method includes: acquiring, by a leading vehicle in the IOV, management authority from a network side equipment, the management authority is authority of the leading vehicle for managing a vehicle group to which the leading vehicle belongs, and the vehicle group includes a plurality of vehicles; managing, by the leading vehicle, the vehicle group to which the leading vehicle belongs according to the management authority. The present disclosure solves the problem in the related art that the network side equipment fails to allocate and release resources for vehicles in the IOV timely, thereby improving the efficiency in managing vehicles in the IOV.
Abstract:
Methods, systems, and devices related to the management of lower layer resources for Signaling Radio Bearers (SRBs) in Dual Connectivity (DC) or Multi-Connectivity (MC) scenarios are described. In one exemplary aspect, a method for wireless communication includes operating a first wireless communication node in a wireless network. The wireless network comprises a master cell group and at least a secondary cell group, and the master cell group is configured with one or more split signaling radio bearers. The method also includes transmitting, from the first wireless communication node to a second wireless communication node in the wireless network, a message indicating a release of the one or more split signaling radio bearers of the master cell group, or a release of the secondary cell group.
Abstract:
Provided are a method and device for sending indication information, and UE. In the method, a UE sends to a network side, when determining that the UE has left an MBSFN area capable of carrying a predetermined MBMS, indication information for triggering the network side to set up a bearer for the UE to transmit the predetermined MBMS. The technical problem in the related art that a network side usually fails to know that UE moves to a cell unable to carry an MBMS, so that the network side cannot ensure service continuity and thus reception of the MBMS by a user side is interrupted is solved. The network side knows in time that the UE has left the MBSFN area capable of carrying the predetermined MBMS that is being received or is prepared to be received, and the network side can take measures in time to ensure MBMS continuity.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a broadband digital trunking service implementation method and a trunking scheduling management centre. The trunking scheduling management centre receives a trunking call establishment request, and sends a network side a trunking bearer establishment request carrying call information and a transmission bearer address according to the trunking call establishment request.
