摘要: A spring damper for a motor vehicle drive train includes a primary part, a secondary part, a hub element, a first overload protection coupling operatively inserted between the secondary part and the hub element and a second overload protection coupling. The secondary part is rotatably received relative to the primary part in a spring-damped manner. The first overload protection coupling includes an output and the second overload protection coupling is operatively inserted between the output and the hub element. The second overload protection coupling is arranged radially within the first overload protection coupling. The first overload protection coupling is closed below a threshold of a torque to be transmitted, and the first overload protection coupling releases a relative rotation between the secondary part and the hub element above the threshold.

摘要: A pendulum rocker damper with a rotation axis includes an input side with first and second input-side counter tracks, an output side with first and second output-side counter tracks, a stored energy source, and rocker elements disposed at opposite axial ends of the stored energy source. Each of the rocker elements has three axially offset partial tracks forming an input-side roller track and an output-side roller track. A first input-side rolling element is clamped between the first input-side counter track and a first input-side roller track and a second input-side rolling element is clamped between the second input-side counter track and a second input-side roller track. A first output-side rolling element is clamped between the first output-side counter track and a second output-side roller track and a second output-side rolling element is clamped between the second output-side counter track and a second output-side roller track.

摘要: An inverter device includes a connection device and a housing in which an inverter circuit, a switching device and a control device are accommodated. The inverter circuit is connected to a direct current (DC) circuit and to an electric machine via the connection device, and the switching device is connected to the DC circuit and to resistor via the connection device. The inverter circuit is actuated by the control device to operate the electric machine, and the switching device is actuated by the control device to selectively energize one of the resistor or the DC circuit via the inverter circuit.

摘要: A torsional vibration damper includes an input part for introducing a torque, two intermediate elements, an energy storage element designed as a compression spring that acts on the intermediate elements, an output part for discharging a vibration-damped torque, and an elastic or resilient compensation part provided between the output part and the intermediate elements. The intermediate elements are designed as pendulum rockers and are movement-coupled to the input part. Each of the intermediate elements can move towards and away from the other in a linear motion. The output part is movement-coupled to the intermediate elements and rotatable relative to the intermediate elements. The compensation part is for eliminating play of the intermediate elements relative to the output part in an axial direction.

摘要: A stator assembly and stator for a motor is provided that directly installs in a conductor slot a slot wedge having a width approximately the same as the width of the conductor slot. The slot wedge is limited in three directions, circumferential, radial, and axial, by means of cooperation between a slot wedge pressing ring, a conductor, and a sidewall of the conductor slot, and at the same time, the slot wedge is capable of preventing the conductor from falling out of the conductor slot. In addition, in the stator assembly for a motor disclosed, when the slot wedge is installed, the slot wedge may not only be inserted and installed in the conductor slot along the axial direction, but may also be inserted and installed in the conductor slot along the radial direction, and thus, the installation mode is flexible, which may improve the installation efficiency.

The friction disc or the friction plate is formed from an electrically insulating material in an insulation region extending radially over the contact region, and the insulation region is a bearing structure for radially transmitting torque.
