In the method of the invention, the overall throughput of a user equipment connected to a serving cell of a cell network is affected by the presence of inter-cell interference of at least a main interfering neighbour cell of said cell network, said user equipment incorporating Successive Interference Cancellation, or SIC, capabilities, and is characterised in that it comprises performing a resources scheduling mechanism and/or power control process in said cell network according to the availability of said SIC capabilities in said user equipment.

The invention relates to a method for speech signal analysis, modification and synthesis comprising a phase for the location of analysis windows by means of an iterative process for the determination of the phase of the first sinusoidal component and comparison between the phase value of said component and a predetermined value, a phase for the selection of analysis frames corresponding to an allophone and readjustment of the duration and the fundamental frequency according to certain thresholds and a phase for the generation of synthetic speech from synthesis frames taking the information of the closest analysis frame as spectral information of the synthesis frame and taking as many synthesis frames as periods that the synthetic signal has. The method allows a coherent location of the analysis windows within the periods of the signal and the exact generation of the synthesis instants in a manner synchronous with the fundamental period.

Method, system and computer program for efficiently extracting and describing scale-space interest points. It is designed towards low overall computational complexity. On one hand, the data acquired during extraction in the description phase is intensively re-used. On the other hand, an algorithmic optimization of the description that dramatically speeds up the process, is proposed.First, the image is filtered with triangle kernel at different scales. The triangle filtered images are reused for extraction of the keypoints dominant orientation and the computation of the DAISY-like descriptor.

Present invention refers to a method for collecting, organizing and storing annotations associated to a voice audio data. The method comprises providing the voice audio data; transcribing said voice audio data into text data; then, identifying in the text data a piece of information according to a pattern previously set; generating automatically an annotation containing the piece of information identified; assigning automatically a level of relevance for the annotation; asking a user for confirming the automatically assigned level of relevance; if the user does not confirm the automatically assigned level of relevance, assigning a second level of relevance instead of the automatically assigned according to a user input; and storing the annotation associated to the level of relevance assigned. A user can access later to these annotations to recall a phone call conversation or a voice message.

It comprises the estimation of the real bill of a customer during a time period covering the last M months, a simulated estimation of the bill of the customer using any generic plan based on the mean traffic of the last M months, applying a simulation algorithm and the estimation of the churn risk of a customer according to the value of the said customer, the value of the operators on the market, number of better offers, number of the customers which he calls per operator and the simulations performed with the generic plans, applying an estimation algorithm.
