摘要： A method of grounding a dispenser. A low impedance path is connected to elements internal to the dispenser. The low impedance path is also connected to a surface contact spring which is adapted to contact an external mounting surface when the dispenser is affixed thereto. Static electrical charge accumulated on the elements is discharged through the low impedance path and the surface contact spring to the external mounting surface.

摘要： A hybrid towel dispenser is provided that can be operated in an automatic dispensing mode and a manual dispensing mode. The dispenser includes a drum having a retractable knife that extends out of the drum when the drum rotates past a selected position and severs a towel segment from a towel sheet. The dispenser also includes a motor, a manual advance assembly, and a one-way rotational coupling that couples the motor to the drum such that the motor rotates the drum in the automatic dispensing mode and a user can rotate the drum in the manual dispensing mode separately from the motor, using the manual advance assembly.

摘要： A roller assembly in a wipe material dispenser has at least one pair of cooperating rollers arranged to feed the wipe material. The roller assembly comprises a first and a second roller, wherein each roller comprises a central longitudinal core on which is mounted a number of parallel and axially spaced discs. Each roller has regions of reduced diameter between adjacent discs, and the first and the second roller are located so that the axial location of the spaced discs on the first roller coincides with the regions of reduced diameter between adjacent discs on the second roller. A roller suitable for use in the roller assembly and a dispenser including such an assembly are also provided.

摘要： Wiping material dispenser apparatus includes a basic housing that receives an articulated cover and a cartridge including two transverse flanges. An upper part of the flanges receives a roll of material and a lower part thereof receives a first blade-holder drum and a second return drum, the drums receiving crown wheels for the connection thereof. The return drum receives a third crown wheel that co-operates with the drum rotation actuation mechanism which includes a fixed cam. The blade-holder arm is provided with transmission means that involve the use of a mobile cam which actuates the cutting blade. The fixed and mobile cams co-operate with one another, defining the trajectory of the cutting blade.
