Abstract:
Disclosed is color base composition for coloring keratin fibers comprising: at least two latex polymers independently selected from acrylate latex polymers and polyurethane latex polymers; at least one alkalizing agent; at least one oxidative dye precursor; at least one organic solvent; and water; wherein the at least two latex polymers are partially or fully neutralized; and wherein the at least two latex polymers are present in a combined amount ranging from about 0.2% to about 2.5% by weight, relative to the weight of the composition.
Abstract:
A subject-matter of the present invention is a composition for dyeing keratinous fibers, in particular human keratinous fibers, such as the hair, comprising: —at least 25% by weight of at least one fatty substance not comprising a carboxylic acid functional group; —at least one aminopyrazolopyridine oxidation base chosen from the bases of formula (I), the bases of formula (II) and their addition salts, their solvates and the solvates of their salts: —at least one coupler; and —at least one oxidizing agent. The composition of the invention is suitable for use in oxidation dyeing and results in a coloration with shades which are varied, intense or chromatic, powerful, attractive, not very selective and highly resistant to the various assaults which the hair may be subjected to, such as shampooing operations, sweat, permanent reshapings and light. In particular, it makes it possible to obtain an optimized color result with a good power, a good dyeing capacity and a good equal depth.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a hair dye product, in particular to a hair dye product comprising at least two natural dye substances, and the use of the at least two natural dye substances in human or animal hair dyeing or in preparation of hair dye product for human or animal, wherein at least one of the natural dye substances displays yellow or yellowish brown color series; preferably, the natural dye substance displaying the yellow or yellowish brown color series is selected from quercetin or a derivative thereof, or an extract containing the quercetin or the derivative thereof, or a mixture thereof. The at least two natural dye substances of the invention are combined as dyeing ingredient, compared with those used alone, the range of the color is very different, and the color of the dyed hair is natural, which is yellowish black and consistent with human real hair, moreover, the hair dyeing effect is stable and the color is not easy to fade.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a process for dyeing keratin fibres, comprising the use of one or more metal catalysts and of a composition (A) comprising: —one or more oxidizing agents, and —at least one aminobenzimidazole oxidation base of formula (I) in which the radicals R1 to R5 represent, independently of each other, a hydrogen atom; a halogen atom; a C1-C6 alkyl radical; a C1-C6 alkoxy radical; a C1-C6 dialkylamino radical; a carboxylic radical (—COOH); a sulfonic radical (—S03H); a phenyl radical; a sat orated or unsaturated 5- to 7-membered heterocyclic radical, comprising one or more heteroatoms chosen from N, O and S.
Abstract:
Oral compositions and methods of use thereof are provided herein. The oral compositions comprise a first component comprising at least one Eh-raising compound and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, and a second component comprising at least one zinc compound, an anti-microbial agent and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
Abstract:
A hair treatment method entailing sequentially (i) preparing a hair cosmetic by mixing a first agent containing an alkali agent and a second agent containing hydrogen peroxide to form a mixed liquid, (ii) discharging the mixed liquid in the form of a foam from a foamer vessel without a propellant, (iii) applying the mixed liquid to hair, (iv) allowing the mixed liquid to stand for 3 to 60 minutes; and (v) rinsing the mixed liquid away.
Abstract:
A depilatory composition comprising a source of cyanate ion, an organic acid or a salt thereof and a peroxide compound; and methods of removing hair from the skin using such compositions.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a hair colouring composition comprising in a cosmetically acceptable carrier one or more oxidizing agent(s), one or more alkalizing agent(s), one or more oxidative dye precursor(s) selected from the group consisting of 2-methoxymethyl-p-phenylenediamine, cosmetically acceptable salts thereof and mixtures thereof, one or more oil(s), wherein the composition comprises a total amount of oil(s) of more than 20%.
Abstract:
Oxygen therapy for healthy or inflamed but intact skin involves placing an oxygen-generating dressing onto the skin to be treated, the oxygen-generating bandage being a one-time use dressing capable of generating oxygen for only a short period of time, not to exceed about 4 hours.
Abstract:
A composition for coloring hair is disclosed. The composition comprises, in a cosmetically acceptable solvent, at least one reducing agent with a concentration up to 2 wt. % of the composition, preferably up to 1 wt. %. Optionally, the composition comprises at least one coloring agent. The composition is free of ammonia and free of p-phenylenediamine (PPD). The mixing of the composition for coloring hair with an oxidizing composition launches an exothermic chemical reaction providing heat with a temperature that increases from room temperature TR to a temperature ranging from about (TR+3)° C. to about (TR+20)° C. A kit and a method for changing hair color are also disclosed. The compositions and methods are achieving color change results and white hair coverage with larger dye molecules than PPD, in an ammonia free environment. The exothermic properties allow obtaining uniform and rich hair colors in without ammonia or PPD.
