摘要： A tamper evident container closure has a skirt for permanent attachment to the mouth end of a container and a closure crown supported by the skirt. A cover on the closure is displaceable for exposing a well on the closure crown normally closed by the closure. The well has a floor which may be part of a crown panel of the container closure and the well floor has a dispensing opening therein. A rip-out tamper evident element is fixed in closing relation to the opening and requires destructive removal for dispensing access to the opening. A digitally manipulatable handle attached to the element is confined within the well in the closed condition of the cover and is accessible when the cover is displaced from the well for digital manipulation of the handle for forcibly destructively displacing the element from the opening. The portion of the cover over the well may have a sealing surface engageable about the well in the closed position of the cover.

摘要： A packaging for filling materials which are capable of flow comprises side walls (1) of coated cardboard or the like, which are joined together in a tubular configuration by way of at least one longitudinal sealing seam (4), and end walls which are disposed at the ends of the tube member (1), wherein one end wall which forms the cover (2) of the packaging comprises thermoplastic material without a carrier material, is injected to the side walls (1) along its outer edge (6) and has a pouring spout (13) which can be folded inwardly of the outside contour of the packaging for example for transportation, while the other end wall which forms the bottom is quadrangular and has a transverse sealing seam with triangular flaps which are folded over onto an adjacent wall portion. In order to improve such a packaging, with the aim of providing a properly sealed package, while being easy to open, and also providing the possibility of improved and versatile usability, in particular as an aseptic drinking bottle for infants, the invention provides that the cover has a cover wall portion (20) which converges in a tapered configuration towards the center and which leaves a central opening, with a spout or mouthpiece rim portion (14) having a closure member (13) fastened thereto, wherein the cover wall portion (20) is preferably of a frustoconical configuration and the spout rim portion (14) is of a frustoconical or cylindrical configuration.

In order to provide such a packaging means with a particularly advantageous bottom, the invention proposes that at least two mutually oppositely disposed triangular flaps of the bottom are folded inwardly into the plane of the bottom or outwardly on to the side wall, about the lower edge between the bottom and the side wall, and fixed in that position.

The container neck terminates in an annular end wall having a plurality of circumferentially spaced ratchet teeth which coact with the top of the closure cap allowing threading on but locking the cap to the container against unthreading removal. Tamper indication can be provided by an integrally molded insert across the dispensing orifice which is removed by a pull tab.

The lid has a circular base, with a recess therein and a rupturable planar member extending across the recess, and a hinged closure member secured to a platform which completely covers the recess. The platform is in the shape of a segment of the circle formed by the circular base with a downwardly extending face provided along a chord of the circle which, with an arcuate raised rim about the circular base forms the bounds of the recess.

摘要： A travel lid for a disposable coffee cup useful in place for drinking coffee while the user is moving. The lid has a continuous rim adapted to grip the upper rim of a disposable coffee cup and a top closing surface. On one side of the closing surface there is an expansible coffee-sipping port element shaped and positioned to be received by the mouth. On the opposite side of the closing surface there is a vent formation. The expansible coffee sipping port element, in the condition supplied to the server of coffee, is of vertically collapsed configuration with its upper end disposed below the upper edge of the continuous rim. The sipping port element in the collapsed position provides clearance sufficient to enable the lid to be compactly stacked with other lids of identical form for shipment and dispensing. The expansible sipping port element is constructed to respond to an outward pulling action to extend above the rim to a position exposed for contact with the mouth, enabling coffee to be sipped therefrom upon tipping of the cup. The vent is disposed sufficiently away from the center of the top closing surface in the direction opposite from the coffee sipping port to prevent coffee spillage therethrough during drinking from the coffee sipping port element. The coffee sipping port element is sized and shaped to enable gradual flow of coffee therethrough upon tipping of the coffee cup to which it is attached.
