    摘要: A rotary plate is rotatably supported with respect to a stationary base using an R-guide, and the weight of the rotary plate and a mold mounted to the rotary plate is also supported by the R-guide in addition to a bearing. Therefore, a moment and a vertical downward load acting on the bearing of the rotary plate can be reduced. A block of the R-guide is fixed with respect to the rotary plate side through a disc spring. Therefore, while the rotary plate is rotating, the elastic force of the disc spring causes the rotary plate to separate from the stationary base by a space, which reduces the rotational resistance of the rotary plate. During mold clamping, respective pressure-receiving surfaces of the rotary plate and the stationary base contact each other against the elastic force of the disc spring, which enables reliable transfer of a mold clamping load to the stationary base.

    摘要: An in mold decoration process includes inserting a film with decorations into a first mold tool cavity side. The first mold tool cavity side is then engaged with a first mold tool core side, and the film in the first mold tool cavity side undergoes a high-pressure heat forming procedure. After the forming procedure, the film is formed with a cavity and maintained in the first mold tool cavity side. The first mold tool cavity side is then disengaged from the first mold tool core side and engaged with a second mold tool core side, and the film undergoes an injection molding procedure. The cavity is injected with a molten resin. After the molding procedure, the molten resin becomes a plastic component bound to the film to form a semi-finished product. The semi-finished product is then ejected out of the first mold tool cavity side and trimmed to form a finished product.

    摘要: A spike mold structure includes a first male mold base having a plurality of male molds and at least one firing pin, and a female mold base having a first fixing board, a second fixing board, a plurality of outer female molds and inner female mold. The second fixing board has at least one sliding rod, and the sliding rod has an actuating block. One surface of the first fixing board has a plurality of convex blocks. A plurality of concave slots are located at the surface of the sliding rod. The thimbles push the actuating block to make the sliding rod slidingly move so that the first fixing board and second fixing board are closely embedded or have a gap. Therefore, there is a displacement between the outer and the inner female mold. The spike mold structure is used to mold a bi-colored spike having increased strength.

    摘要: The invention provides a vertical injection molding machine capable of periodically feeding lubricant to sliding portions of the turntable to maintain a substantially constant turntable slide resistance and also capable of determining the position of the repeatedly revolving turntable. During operation of a vertical injection molding machine 1, lubricant is periodically fed from a pump 30 to slide portions S of the revolving turntable 14 so as to maintain the slide resistance of the sliding portions S substantially constant. Further, a motor control means 51 resets the count of pulses output from an encoder 29 at a timing at which the number of revolutions of a servomotor 25 and the number of revolutions of the turntable 14 are integers, so that it is possible to prevent pulse errors from accumulating even when the turntable 14 is revolved many times in the same direction.
