摘要： A male undergarment that comprises a body encircling member, including a front piece and a rear piece; an elastic waist band attached to the encircling member; a scrotum receiving section formed by a portion of the front piece and by an adjacent inwardly positioned piece of fabric and a pouch, adapted to retain the scrotum therein and defined by the scrotum receiving section and by a separate border element. The pouch is produced in such a way that the border element is attached to the scrotum receiving section. The border element is configured to contact the groin when the undergarment is worn, so as to reduce friction between the scrotum and groin.

The panty liner is formed from a knitted fabric comprising alternating courses of hydrophilic yarns. The yarns are knitted to form a rib knit with parallel ribs, the parallel ribs formed parallel to the alternating courses. The panty liner overlies and is attached to the inner surface of the crotch area so that the parallel ribs are substantially parallel with the major axis of the crotch area.

摘要： The article of clothing providing increased air circulation is a garment to which numerous panels are attached. In some embodiments the article of clothing is made from a wide gauge mesh material having modesty panels incorporated therein, or a liner beneath the mesh material. In other embodiments, the article of clothing is formed from a plurality of straps joined together to form a garment framework having first strips of hook and loop material attached to the outward facing surface of the straps, and a plurality of fabric panels having mating second strips of hook and loop material affixed to the peripheral border of the inward facing surface of the panels, so that panels can be added or removed as desired. In another embodiment, the article of clothing is formed from a garment body having strips of wide gauge mesh material defining openings in the garment at desired locations.

摘要： An undergarment having front and rear portions attached together so as to define a waist opening in the top of the undergarment and a pair of leg openings in the opposite sides of the undergarment. A medial portion extends from the waist opening to a location between the leg openings. The medial portion has side and bottom edges attached to the front portion so as to define a pocket between the medial and front portions with a pocket opening in the top of the undergarment adjacent the waist opening. A bifurcated waistband has a circular, outer part which is attached to the front portion and the rear portion adjacent the waist opening. The waistband also has an inner part attached to the medial portion and the outer part.

摘要： Men's pants (shorts or briefs) have a Y type separation band (2) or a U type separation band (22) inside thereof together with separation pads (7, 77) to separate the testicles from the body, the penis from the testicles, and the penis from both hips. Complete separation around the male genitals is achieved without effort by wearing these pants. A penis band (3) formed with an elastic band (4, 44) and clips (5, 55) is sewn to a center part of a waist band (6) in an I shape. A penis hole (14) can be adjusted by moving the two clips (5, 55) up and down according to the individual location and size of the penis (101). A lower part (88) below the clip (5) helps to increase separation between the testicles and the penis.
