摘要: A knit sock is integrally formed of a body yarn in circumferential courses and axial wales, and includes a foot portion having a heel and a toe, and an ankle portion joined to the foot portion and defining an open leg end of the sock. A first targeted compression zone is formed with the foot portion between the heel and the toe, and includes spaced-apart axial compression ridges extending axially outward from the heel at a first end of the first compression zone to a second end of the first compression zone. A second targeted compression zone is formed with the ankle portion between the heel and the open leg end of the sock, and includes spaced-apart axial compression ridges extending axially outward from the heel at a first end of the second compression zone to a second end of the second compression zone.

摘要: Disclosed herein a stitch-bonded fabric comprising at least one fibrous web layer having a plurality of the fibers with a first length of more than about 25 mm, oriented substantially in a cross-direction (XD) of the stitch-bonded fabric wherein a density of the at least one fibrous web layer is less than about 0.12 g/cm3. The at least one fibrous web layer is stitch-bonded with yarns following a pattern of linear stitches along a machine direction (MD) spaced from about 1.4 mm to about 4.0 mm along XD, and repeating with a spacing front about 0.8 mm to about 2.5 mm in MD, wherein the plurality of fibers having said first length are captured by multiple stitches. A density of fibers and yarn enclosed within the stitches is above about 0.10 g/cm3 and below about 5.0 g/cm3 and the linear stiches are depressed below exposed the wales between the linear stitches along MD. The stitch-bonded yarns can be heat set to stabilize the stitch-bonded fabric.

摘要: Provided is a glove superior in breathability, sweat-absorbent and quick-drying properties, and wearing feel. The glove comprises a knitted fabric constituted from stitches arranged successively in a course direction and engaged with corresponding stitches in a wale direction. The knitted fabric comprises at least one irregular surface portion comprising tucked parts arranged in a scattered manner, and at least one rib portion in proximity to the irregular surface portion and provided along the course direction. The tucked parts are preferably arranged uniformly in both the course direction and the wale direction in the irregular surface portion. The rib portion comprises: a cylindrical rib main body part constituted from stitches arranged successively in the course direction and engaged with corresponding stitches arranged in the wale direction, with a region between base ends being contracted; and a filling part subsequent to the rib main body part in the course direction.

摘要: Certain embodiments according to the invention provide seamless insulation articles suitable for a wide variety of uses (e.g., garments, footwear, home textile articles, etc.). In accordance with certain embodiments, the seamless insulation article includes a knit base comprising a first yarn and a second yarn incorporated into a continuous web defined by the first yarn and the second yarn in a predetermined pattern to form a plurality of three-dimensional surfaces. The plurality of three-dimensional surfaces define at least two discrete regions having different contrasting insulative capacities arranged in the predetermined pattern, in which the at least two discrete regions comprise a first discrete region and a second discrete region. The first discrete region comprises a first insulative capacity, the second discrete region comprises a second insulative capacity, and the second insulative capacity is greater than the first insulative capacity.

摘要: A method for producing knitwear formed at least partially as single jersey knitwear with a perforated structure and a functional textile based on the knitwear, provide very fine knitting stitches and perforated structures with large holes meeting demands of sportswear and underwear. The knitwear is produced on a double jersey knitting machine with first and second oppositely disposed needle carriers and a machine gauge of >24 needles/inch. The first needle carrier has a needle number/inch of latch-type needles corresponding to the machine gauge and the second needle carrier has transfer needles. The needle number/inch of the transfer needles is at most half that of the latch-type needles of the first needle carrier. The transfer needles form loop accumulations with at least one tuck loop per hole subsequently transferred with or without at least one knitting stitch from the transfer needles onto the latch-type needles.

摘要: A sock includes a sole having protrusions formed on its inner surface by tuck knitting. The protrusions are spaced from each other in the course direction to define first recesses between the protrusions that are adjacent to each other in the course direction, and spaced from each other in the wale direction to define second recesses between the protrusions adjacent to each other in the wale direction. Each protrusion is formed by knitting six courses in one loop, and includes six rubber threads, 12 reinforcing threads, three front threads and three back threads. The protrusions are arranged in a plurality of rows, each row occupying one course. Between the adjacent rows of protrusions, the second recesses are defined, which each occupy four courses. The protrusions have a height of 3.5 to 4.5 mm from the second recesses.

摘要: A scrubbing pad formed of porous curled nylon strands. Portion of the strands are stitched transversely to form weft and the remaining strands are stitched longitudinally to form warp. In one embodiment in the warp two adjacent strands are formed as a unit, two units are separated by longitudinal strands, and a distance therebetween allows another unit opposite the sandwiched single strand to stitch. An uneven texture on one surface of the scrubbing pad is adapted to increase bubble creation capability. Further, a wavy texture on the other surface is adapted to increase rubbing capability. The scrubbing pad has advantages of decreasing the amount of dishwashing liquid being used, effectively removing dirt adhered on kitchenware, preventing microorganism from growing, and being not subject to decomposition.

摘要: A knitting article is produced on a flat knitting machine with at least two needle beds by providing a knitted article with at least one button-shaped knitted stitch structure as a fastener, and converting the structure into several successive rows by knitting with a local stitch aggregation. Also, the stitch structure can be produced by a wedge forming technique with subsequent closing with a knitted-in knot thread. Also, the stitch structure can be formed by knitting with a small knitting strip connected at both ends with the knitted article.
