The adaptor casing 30 and the connecting portion cover 40 are detachably connected in a state in which the socket 20 into which the seating portion 12 of the lighting tube 10 is inserted is accommodated in the socket accommodation space 31, whereby the socket 20 and the seating portion 12 of the lighting tube 10 are hermetically sealed by the adaptor casing 30 and the connecting portion cover 40.

摘要： An emergency lighting function illumination appliance comprised of a fluorescent lamp tube, a controller, a mains power circuit capable of processing mains electric power for lighting, and a backup circuit that provides for a backup power source. With these devices combined, the controller produces the following functions: 1) When mains power is normally supplied, an ON-OFF switch approach controls the fluorescent lamp in accordance with user intent. 2) During a mains power outage, the power circuit is automatically shifted to the backup circuit and the backup power source supplies electricity for emergency lighting. 3) When mains power supply is restored, the power circuit is automatically shifted to the mains power circuit and the mains power resumes the ordinary lighting function.

摘要： A direct backlight apparatus for a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) panel includes a lamp housing and a lamp. The lamp housing accommodates a support structure disposed on the bottom of the lamp housing wherein an open end is defined by one side of the lamp housing. The lamp, supported by the support structure, is installed in the lamp housing and is further attached to a holding structure at one end of the lamp, for holding the lamp. The lamp is removed from the lamp housing through the open end by moving along a direction of the support structure when a force is exerted on the holding structure.

摘要： A xenon arc searchlight or illumination system incorporates a quick change release and assembly so that the lamp, reflector and battery assemblies are easily field replaceable without tools. The lamp, ballast, battery and charger are provided in a single rugged package which can be sealed for field use. The searchlight is combined by an appropriate mounting adaptable with other optical detector devices such as cameras, binoculars and night vision telescopes. The beam output is similarly usable with a combination of filters to allow the most varied intensity and wavelengths for a particular application, such as smoke filled environments, surveillance employing near-infrared or infrared illumination, ultraviolet, underwater illumination or illumination with any color in the visible range.

摘要： A safety headlight with a battery power monitor is provided. The headlight includes one primary light bulb and at least one LED bulb. When the battery power begins to fade so that the primary bulb is in danger of going out, a sensor in the headlight switches power to the LED bulb(s) to provide safety lighting so that the headlight user can be seen by others. The safety headlight is typically used by cyclists riding before sunrise or after sunset. The headlight permits the cyclists to see the road surface and provides notice to other motorists of the cycle's presence.

摘要： One or more strings of decorative lights are supplied with power by converting a standard residential electrical voltage to a low-voltage, and supplying the low-voltage to at least one pair of parallel conductors having multiple decorative lights connected to the conductors along the lengths thereof, each of the lights, or groups of the lights, being connected in parallel across the conductors. A repair device for fixing a malfunctioning shunt across a failed filament in a light bulb in a group of series-connected miniature decorative bulbs includes a high-voltage pulse generator producing one or more pulses of a magnitude greater than the standard AC power line voltage. A connector receives the pulses from the pulse generator and supplies them to the group of series-connected miniature decorative bulbs. The pulse generator may be a piezoelectric pulse generator, a battery-powered electronic pulse generator, and/or an AC-powered electrical pulse generator.
