摘要: A battery state measurement system includes a server device configured to analyze a state of a battery. The service device includes a communication unit configured to receive a plurality of pieces of characteristic data indicating characteristics associated with change of the battery state based on physical quantity data indicating a physical quantity associated with the battery state and a diagnosis unit configured to analyze a deterioration state of the battery on the basis of the plurality of pieces of characteristic data. The diagnosis unit analyzes the deterioration state of the battery through analysis of a dV/dQ curve indicating a rate of change of a voltage with respect to change of a reference capacity of the battery and repeatedly performs a process of calculating a negative-electrode value on the basis of an initial positive-electrode value in the dV/dQ curve and a cell value which is previous by one cycle and calculating a cell value on the basis of the initial positive-electrode value and the negative-electrode value.

摘要: In one aspect, a computer-implemented method for a cloud-based computing system may include receiving data pertaining to a battery pack of a vehicle, wherein the data is measured by one or more sensors associated with the vehicle. The method may include determining, based on the data, whether a threshold is satisfied, wherein the threshold relates to a physics-based model estimated terminal voltage. Responsive to determining the threshold is satisfied, the method may include determining a trigger event has occurred and calibrate one or more parameters of the physics-based model, a machine learning model, or both.

摘要: A method of predicting a maximum discharge current for a battery cell includes: receiving a discharge time and a discharge limitation voltage; setting a discharge reference voltage; obtaining a proportional constant and an index parameter corresponding to the discharge reference voltage, wherein the proportional constant and the index parameter are applied to a relation between a constant current and a discharge time during a discharge; calculating a constant current for the discharge time by using the proportional constant and the index parameter; and adjusting the discharge reference voltage when a difference between a temporary discharge limitation voltage at which a voltage due to the constant current and an internal resistance of the battery cell is dropped from the discharge reference voltage and the discharge limitation voltage deviates from a predetermined error.

摘要: A battery unit includes: a module including m cell groups that are connected in series and each include n cells connected in parallel; m voltage detectors; (m×(n−1)) heat flow detectors; a storage; and a state estimator. The storage stores a table map of OCV vs. SOC characteristics (A1) and a table map of HF vs. SOC characteristics (A2). For each of the m cell groups, the state estimator is configured to: determine, based on the (A2), a true SOC of (n−1) cells that corresponds to a heat flow detected; determine, based on the (A1), an OCV of the (n−1) cells that corresponds to the determined true SOC; calculates an OCV of a remaining cell from the determined OCV and a detected composite voltage; and determine, based on the (A1), a true SOC of the remaining cell that corresponds to the calculated OCV.

摘要: The present disclosure provides methods for determining impedance of an electrochemical device by electrically connecting a variable impedance in parallel with the electrochemical device; electrically connecting a power supply to the electrochemical device, the power supply generating a power supply current; modulating a current through the variable impedance; measuring a stack current flowing through the electrochemical device; measuring, at the electrochemical device, a voltage across at least a portion of the electrochemical device; and calculating, based on the measured stack current and the measured voltage, the impedance of the electrochemical device. 摘要: An insulation detection method includes closing a main positive relay and a main negative relay in a high voltage safety box of each electric cabinet in an energy storage system; controlling an insulation detection board to perform insulation detection at a main power management system, and to report an insulation detection result to a power conversion system; controlling, if the insulation detection result at the main power management system indicates no fault and no instruction of starting insulation detection at the power conversion system is received, the insulation detection board to continue performing the insulation detection; and instructing, if the insulation detection result at the main power management system indicates an insulation fault, a battery management system of each electric cabinet to control the main positive relay and the main negative relay in the high voltage safety box to turn off.

摘要: The invention provides a method, a system and a terminal device for analyzing states of battery packs in a battery cluster. The method includes acquiring cell voltages of each battery pack in the battery cluster within a preset time; performing data cleaning on the acquired cell voltages; calculating a voltage standard score of each cell based on the cell voltages after data cleaning; calculating a mean value and a standard deviation of said voltage standard score; for each battery pack, plotting scattered points based on the mean value and the standard deviation, and performing closed curve fitting to the scattered points to obtain a closed curve; and analyzing the state of the battery pack based on the closed curve.
