    摘要: Electrical contacting of very fine wires, including an electrical transducer and an electrical apparatus, as well as a process for producing the electrical contacting of very fine wires. It is the goal of the invention to simplify the electrical contacting of very fine wires to the contact sleeve and make it more secure, so that an automatic is possible and the production costs for the electrical contacting are reduced. According to the invention, for the accomplishing of the set task an electrical contacting of a very fine wire is proposed, in which contacting the contact sleeve shows two superimposed plates and provision is made for a clamp region of the plates, in which region the plate spacing is less than in the other plate regions. In the clamp region the wire is clamped in between the plates and connected to at least one of the plates in an electrically conducting manner. Advantageous further developments are described in the dependent claims.

    摘要: An electrical connector is mateable with a complementary connecting device having a blade terminal. The connector includes a dielectric housing having a front mating face, an elongated terminal-receiving cavity with an open end through the mating face for insertion therethrough of the blade terminal, and a locking ledge on an end wall of the cavity. A conductive female terminal is received in the cavity and includes a pair of elongated side walls joined in spaced relation by at least one end wall. A plurality of flexible contact arms are folded back over each side wall from an upper edge thereof for engaging a respective side of the blade terminal. A locking finger projects from the end wall of the terminal and is engageable with the locking ledge on the end wall of the terminal-receiving cavity.

    摘要: A socket connector (1) includes a base (10), a cover (20), two operating members (60), a lid (30), and four coil springs (40) received between the lid and the base. The base defines passageways (1010) receiving terminals therein. Each operating member includes a first operating lever (601) engaged with the cover, and a second operating lever (602) engaged with the base. The lid is engaged with the operating members for pivotably moving the first and second operating levers thereby the operating members actuating the cover to move in a horizontal direction. When no external force is exerted on the lid, the terminals in the base permit zero insertion force insertion and removal of the leads of the CPU, and when the lid is vertically pushed down, the operating members actuate the cover to move relative to the base thereby connecting the terminals with leads of the CPU.
