摘要： The present invention is to provide an electrical contact and a socket for electrical parts which can be produced easily, at low cost and is light in weight. The contact pin 15 comprises a first contact member 26 having a first contact portion 26d to be contacted with an IC package 12, wherein the first contact member 26 is formed into a cylindrical shape by curling an electroconductive plate, a blocking piece 26e is formed at a middle portion of the cylindrical shape by making a cut in the middle portion, and the blocking piece 26e is bent toward an inside of the cylindrical shape in such a manner that the blocking piece, in a plan view, blocks a through hole that runs vertically through the inside of the cylindrical shape.

摘要： A socket for the electrical part of the present invention has a socket body to be mounted on a circuit board and to accommodate the electrical part and a contact pin disposed in the socket body, through which the circuit board and the electrical part are electrically connected. The socket body includes an accommodating surface portion to accommodate the electrical part. A height of the accommodating surface portion is an approximately the same height as that of another socket which is disposed next to the socket. And when a plurality of the sockets for the electrical part are disposed adjacently to each other, the electrical part can be mounted over a plurality of accommodating surface portions in such a manner as bridging the accommodating surface portions.

摘要： An socket for an electrical part comprises a socket body provided with a mount portion on which an IC package as “electrical part” is mounted, a plurality of contact pins attached to the socket body so as to be electrically conductive to an IC lead of the IC package, and an upper operation member provided for the socket body to be vertically movable. The contact pins are provided with a stationary contact piece having a stationary contact portion contacting a lower surface of the IC lead and a movable contact piece having a movable contact portion contacting an upper surface of the IC lead, and when the upper operation member is vertically moved, the movable contact portion is displaced so as to be contacted to or separated from the terminal. In such an IC socket as “socket for an electrical part” contacted to or separated from the IC lead, the stationary contact piece of the contact pin is formed with an engagement portion to be engaged and the socket body is formed with an engaging portion for limiting the upper movement of the stationary contact piece in engagement with the engagement portion.

The first contact portion has a positioning step portion, which is engaged with a lead 16 of an IC, formed thereon. The positioning step portion has a first positioning surface and a second positioning surface. Then, the first positioning surface supports one of lead portion of the lead, and the second positioning surface is engaged with an outer side surface of another lead portion to have a slight space. This allows the IC to be positioned and supported at a predetermined position of the IC socket.

摘要： An improved rear suspension system for an automotive vehicle of the type including a T-shaped front lower arm and a rear lower arm is disclosed. The rear suspension sytem includes a first pivotal point pivotally supported on a vehicle body via a bush, a second pivotal point pivotally supported on a supply member and a third pivotal point pivotally supported on the vehicle body. The third pivotal point is located inwardly from a line extending through the second pivotal point and an intersection defined by an extension line extending from a center line of the rear lower arm and a central plane of the rear wheel. A ratio of a longitudinal spring constant of the bush to a lateral spring constant thereof is smaller than a ratio of a tangent of an angle defined by a line extending through the third pivotal point and the first pivotal point as well as a lateral axis of the vehicle to a tangent of an angle defined by a line extending through the third pivotal point and the second pivotal point as well as a longitudinal axis of the vehicle.

摘要： In a socket for an IC package as an electrical part, a socket body is provided for the socket. The socket body has a mount portion on which an electrical part is mounted. The electrical part has a solder ball. The contact pin is arranged to the socket body and adapted to be contacted to or separated from the solder ball of the electrical part. A movable plate is disposed to the socket body to be movable with respect to the socket body. The contact pin has an elastic piece formed at a front end portion thereof with a contact portion, and the contact portion is elastically deformed in accordance with the movement of the movable plate so as to displace the contact portion by a displacement length to separate the contact portion from a side surface of the solder ball. A stopper portion is provided for the socket body and adapted to be contacted to the moving electrical part so at to stop the electrical part at a time when the solder ball of the electrical part is stuck to the contact portion so that the electrical part moves in accordance with the displacement of the contact portion. The displacement length of the contact pin is longer than a length of movement of the electrical part to the stopper portion.

摘要： An upper end portion of a steering knuckle is fastened to a pair of parallel flanges of a bracket secured to a lower end portion of the strut by a relative angle adjusting mechanism. The upper portion of the steering knuckle is adapted to swing about the pivoting bolt by turning the relative angle adjusting means to adjust a relative angle of the steering knuckle for setting a camber angle. One of the flanges is provided with a first guide opening extending crosswisely with respect to the axis of the strut whereas the other flange includes a second guide opening extending in parallel with the axis of the strut. The relative angle adjusting mechanism is provided with an adjust bolt having a larger diameter portion and a smaller diameter portion. The larger diameter portion is eccentric to the smaller diameter portion for easily adjusting the camber angle.

The socket body comprises a contact unit in which the contactors are held and the contact unit is comprised of plates to be superimposed. Each plate has a plurality of through holes through each of which the contactor is inserted. A hole size of the through holes of one plate being different from that of another plate which is directly disposed on the one plate so as to form a stepped portion between the through holes of the one plate and another plate. The stepped portion is used for preventing the contactor from coming off from the contact unit.
