    摘要: In a switching power supply device, a snubber circuit includes a snubber capacitor, a FET, and a snubber inductor. The snubber capacitor stores therein surge power due to a reverse recovery time of FETs. The FET discharges the surge power stored in the snubber capacitor. The snubber inductor is provided in a stage following the FET. The controller controls an actual on-duty at which the FET of the snubber circuit is turned on based on the surge power. The controller can set an on-duty lower limit indicating the lower limit of the actual on-duty. The on-duty lower limit is smaller than the actual on-duty set for the FET in a continuous current mode in which an electric current flowing through the snubber inductor continuously flows and larger than 0.

The transformer includes a primary winding and a secondary winding. The main switch is coupled to the primary winding. The active clamping circuit clamps the voltage across the main switch when it is OFF. The active clamping circuit includes an auxiliary switch. The synchronous rectifying switch is coupled to the secondary winding. The processing circuit determines whether the rectifying switch is in a main conducting period or a sub conducting period according to a first voltage signal across the rectifying switch and at least one detecting signal from the converter, and generates a driving signal to control the synchronous rectifying switch accordingly.

    摘要: An electronic amplifier for amplifying an input signal has a branching node, a supply branch, a balance branch, an auxiliary branch and a load branch. All of the branches are connected in parallel to each other relative to the branching node and a reference potential. The supply branch supplies a DC voltage to the branching node. The balance branch absorbs and/or storing electric energy. A current supply device supplies a DC current. The control switch, the current valve and the current source are in different branches. The control switch, in a pass current state, establishes a current flow from the supply branch into either the auxiliary branch or the balance branch. In the block current state, current flows from the current supply device to the balancing device. The supply, balance and auxiliary branches provide an amplified signal to the load, controlled only by the input signal at the control switch.
