摘要: Sublimation-type inkjet textile printing transfer paper includes a base material and a sublimation-type textile printing ink receiving layer formed on the base material, the base material has a 10-second Cobb water absorption of 5 to 20 g/m2, the sublimation-type textile printing ink receiving layer is made from an ink receiving layer coating material containing a water soluble resin and fine particles, the water soluble resin is at least a CMC, and the CMC is contained in the ink receiving layer coating material in an amount of 100 to 400 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the fine particles, the fine particles are at least inorganic fine particles having a tabular crystal structure, the inorganic fine particles have a median diameter d50 of 0.4 to 2.3 μm and an aspect ratio of 5 to 30, a coating amount of the ink receiving layer coating material is 3 to 13 g/m2, and an average of numbers of pinhole appearance is not greater than 5.

摘要: A coated print medium can include a base stock having a basis weight of 35 gsm to 250 gsm, and a coating layer applied to the base stock at from 1 gsm to 50 gsm by dry weight. The base stock can include from 65 wt % to 95 wt % cellulose fiber with 20 wt % to 100 wt % being mechanical pulp, and from 5 wt % to 35 wt % inorganic pigment filler. The coating layer can include inorganic pigment particles having an average equivalent spherical diameter from 0.2 μm to 3.5 μm; a fixative agent including metal salt, cationic amine polymer, quaternary ammonium salt, quaternary phosphonium salt, or mixture thereof; and a polymer blend including water soluble polymer and water dispersible polymer having a Zeta potential greater than −40 mV, wherein a weight ratio water soluble polymer to water dispersible polymer is from 1:25 to 1:1.

摘要: The present invention relates to a self adhesive ink jet printable polymer film. The film comprises a polymeric resin and a low surface energy additive that is in a substantially free form. The polymeric resin can be PVC, and the low surface energy additive can be silicone. The film comprising the low surface energy additive exhibits high print resolution and substantially uniform printing quality even after the print surface of the film has been in contact with a back surface of a release liner comprising residual silicone.
