摘要: Displacement control device for providing pressure fluid to a servo unit for adjusting the displacement of a pressure fluid unit, having a control cylinder in which a control spool is mounted shiftable along the longitudinal axis of the control cylinder, an inlet port, a servo port and a discharge port are formed in the control cylinder longitudinally spaced from each other, wherein the control spool comprising: a basically cylindrical outer surface; a front face on which an actuation force can act for shifting the control spool along the longitudinal axis; a discharge area opposite to the front face; a longitudinal bore inside the control spool, wherein one end of the longitudinal bore opens towards the front face and the other end is connected via a backpressure orifice with the discharge area; a control recess provided lengthwise in the outer surface; a radial bore which connects via a flow limiting orifice the longitudinal bore with the outer surface, wherein the opening of the radial bore at the outer surface is located in circumferential direction beside the control recess, such that the opening of radial bore overlaps with the servo port in an actuated position of the control spool, in which the control recess connects the inlet port with the servo port.

摘要: An excavator comprising: a battery; an electric motor having the battery as the drive power source therefor; a hydraulic actuator having a hydraulic pump driven by the electric motor as the oil pressure source therefor; a cut-off lever that limits operation of the hydraulic actuator by cutting off pilot pressure that operates the hydraulic actuator; an electric cooling pump that circulates cooling water through a cooling water path for cooling electrical equipment including the battery and the electric motor; an electric cooling fan that blows cooling air on to a radiator provided on the cooling water path; and a system controller that, if the cut-off lever is rotated upwards and a command to limit the hydraulic actuator is received, stops the electric motor, the cooling pump, and the cooling fan.

摘要: Proposed is a CFRP surface coating method and a hydraulic cylinder including a component coated by the method. The CFRP surface coating method can prevent damage to a CFRP surface due to thermal spray coating and increase the bonding strength between a CFRP surface and a metal coating layer formed by the thermal spray coating. To this end, the method includes: forming a mesh layer on a CFRP surface; fixing the mesh layer on the CFRP surface by impregnating a heat-resistant resin therein; and forming a metal coating layer by thermal spray coating on the fixed mesh layer in which the heat-resistant resin is impregnated.

摘要: A double-acting overflow valve of a working cylinder includes a housing with an encompassing wall and a first and a second axial delimiting wall disposed opposite one another. A first valve body has a first valve tappet with a conical shape and passes through the first axial bore to define a first annular gap with a gap width that is dependent on a position of the first valve body along an actuation path thereof. A second valve body has a second valve tappet with a conical shape and passes through the second axial bore to a second annular gap with a gap width that is dependent on a position of the second valve body along an actuation path thereof. A first and second counter bearing are provided. A first actuating element defines a maximum actuation path of the first valve body by acting on the first counter bearing. A second actuating element defines a maximum actuation path of the second valve body by acting on the second counter bearing. A first spring applies an axial force to the first valve body in a direction of the closed position of the first valve disk. A second spring applies an axial force to the second valve body in a direction of the closed position of the second valve disk.

The housing part (6) includes a recess (8) matching an external contour of the valve bush (12). An intermediate plate (7) is configured to partially cover the valve cover (15). A spring (14) is arranged within the valve bush (12) and preloads the valve slide (13) in a starting position. The valve bush (12) is inserted, together with the valve cover (15), the valve slide (13), and the spring (14), into the recess (8) of the housing part (6) and jointly form a hydraulic valve (9). The valve bush (12) forms an inlet (19), and the valve cover (15) forms an outlet (31).

摘要: A pilot valve assembly (10) includes a cylindrical connector (12) having a first end portion (16) with external threading (18) for engaging a threaded control socket (106) of a hydraulic valve (100), and a second end (20) with an array of teeth (22) arrayed around its edge. A circumferential slot (24) around connector (12) is spaced from second end (20). The assembly also includes a pilot valve (26) with a mechanism for controlling a pressure within the hydraulic control valve actuator chamber. Pilot valve (26) is formed with a recess (28) having a complementary teeth (30) for engaging teeth (22) of connector (12) in a range of angular orientations. A clamping arrangement engages slot (24) and clamps pilot valve (26) to second end (20) of connector (12), thereby fixing an angular orientation of the pilot valve.

摘要: A controller for a valve assembly that is configured to meet requirements for use in hazardous areas. These configurations may regulate flow of instrument air to a pneumatic actuator to operate a valve. The controller may comprise enclosures, including a first enclosure and a second enclosure, each having a peripheral wall forming an interior space, and circuitry comprising a barrier circuit disposed in the interior space of one of the enclosures that power limits digital signals that exits that enclosure. In one example, the peripheral wall of enclosures are configured to allow instrument air into the interior space of the first enclosure but to prevent instrument air from the interior space of the second enclosure.
