摘要: A computer-implemented method of location-based event matching includes receiving by a server from a first user device, a plurality of events. Each event of the plurality of events includes a geographic location and a user profile of an event creator. The method further includes transmitting to the first user device, an indication to display a graphical representation of the plurality of events; receiving by the server, from the first user device, a preference indication for an event of the plurality of events; determining, by the server, a potential match based on the geographic location and the preference indication; transmitting to a second user device, an indication to display a graphical representation of the potential match; receiving from the second user device, approval of the potential match as an approved match; and transmitting to the first user device, an indication to display a graphical representation of the approved match.

摘要: Methods and apparatus to enable a trading device to accept a user input are disclosed. An example method includes generating, via a computing device, a user interface of a trading application, wherein the user interface includes a locked portion that displays market data. The example method also includes detecting a gestural input with respect to the user interface. The example method also includes detecting a gestural event with respect to the user interface associated with the gestural input and, in response to the detected gestural event, unlocking the locked portion of the user interface.

摘要: This disclosure is directed to facilitating voice and video communication between users independent of a location or a device. A communication request can specify users, who may be identified and located in their respective environments. For example, users can be identified and located using facial recognition imaging techniques and/or by monitoring a radio frequency (RF) signal associated with a device that is carried or worn by a user. After determining a location of a user, individual devices can be configured as a functionally grouped device to allow the users to communicate. For example, capabilities of a television, microphone, speaker, and imaging device can be combined to allow a video communication between users. Further, as a user moves around his or her environment, the location of the user can be tracked and additional functionally grouped devices can be provided for seamless communication.

摘要: An apparatus includes a network interface and a processing unit. The network interface receives a device registration request identifying an identity of a client device, an Internet address of the client device, and a physical location of the client device. The processing unit determines an identity of at least one sensor of the client device, at least in part based on the identity of the client device. The network interface transmits, to an Internet address of a server, the identity of the client device, the physical location of the client device, and the identity of the at least one sensor of the client device. The network interface receives data from the at least one sensor of the client device.

摘要: A method for managing voice-based interaction in an Internet of things (IoT) network system is provided. The method includes identifying a first voice utterance from a first IoT device among a plurality of IoT devices in the IoT network system. Further, the method includes identifying at least one second voice utterance from at least one second IoT device among the plurality of IoT devices in the IoT network system. Further, the method includes determining a voice command by combining the first voice utterance and the at least one second voice utterance. Furthermore, the method includes triggering at least one IoT device among the plurality of IoT devices in the IoT network system to perform at least one action corresponding to the voice command.

摘要: Disclosed embodiments may include a system for converting a physical meeting into a virtual meeting. The system may receive scheduling and location data associated with a first user. The system may determine whether the first user has an upcoming meeting at a physical location, and responsive to such determination, may determine a proximity of the first user to the upcoming meeting. The system may determine, by an MLM and based on the proximity, a probability that the first user will be late to the upcoming meeting. The system may determine whether the probability exceeds a predetermined threshold, and responsive to such determination, may convert the upcoming meeting to a virtual meeting by generating a virtual meeting link, and may transmit, to user device(s), a notification comprising the virtual meeting link.

摘要: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, that enable clients to claims spots on client-initiated segments. In one aspect, a method includes receiving, from a device of a creator, data specifying a client-initiated segment created by the creator through an interface presented at the device. A determination is made, based on the number of spots being claimed by the creator, that the client-initiated segment includes one or more available spots that are available to be claimed by clients other than the creator. A proper subset of the clients that are transmitted a notification that the client-initiated segment is available is created from a set of clients. For each client in the proper subset of clients, the notification that the client-initiated segment is available is transmitted to the client and the client is enabled to claim a spot on the client-initiated segment.

摘要: The disclosure relates to methods for a communication between a sensor and a satellite, and sensors for carrying out such a method. The sensor has a transmission unit for transmitting sensor data from the sensor to the satellite and a computing unit for calculating the position of the satellite at a specified point in time. The satellite is configured to receive and forward the sensor data. The method includes calculating a coverage duration using path parameters of the satellite and the position of the sensor, activating the transmission unit of the sensor during a transmission duration based on the calculated coverage duration, and transmitting the sensor data from the sensor to the satellite during the transmission duration.
