摘要： A diaphragm for loudspeakers comprises chitin as a natural high polymeric material having a large value of Young's modulus and kraft pulp having large mechanical internal loss. Therefore, the deformation and the partial vibrations of the diaphragm during diaphragm operation do not come out due to the use of the chitin, because the flexural rigidity of the diaphragm is considerably large. Mechanical internal loss is also large owing to the use of the kraft pulp. As a result, it is possible to obtain a loudspeaker which has little fluctuation in frequency response, and which provides a superior sound pressure-frequency response, a superior distortion factor and a superior phase response.

摘要： A diaphragm for producing sound includes a laminated structure having at least one layer of a first fabric and at least two layers of second fabrics. The first fabric is woven from filament yarns including at least partly chemical fiber yarns of a low elongation. Each of the second fabrics is woven from filament yarns made of a chemical fiber of a high elongation. The layer of the first fabric and the layers of the second fabrics are disposed in such a manner that warps of the first fabric and warps of the second fabric cross each other at an angle of 10.degree. to 80.degree., whereby an elongation of the diaphragm in a direction of the warps of the first fabric is generally equal to an elongation of the diaphragm in a direction inclined at an angle of 45.degree. relative to the direction of the warps of the first fabric.

摘要： In an electro-acoustic transducer in a loud speaker and like devices, a diaphragm and/or a voice coil bobbin is or are formed by a composite material consisting of a foamed resin containing reinforcing fibers. Such diaphragm has a large Young's modulus-to-density ratio E/.rho., a large internal loss tan.delta. and a large flexural rigidity E.I, and thus it exhibits good characteristics in sound reproducing. Such voice coil bobbin which is an electric insulator can have a small thickness and is light in weight and has a large mechanical strength, and thus it is free from adversely affecting the vibration of the diaphragm, and accordingly, the sound reproduced.

摘要： A barrel-shaped diaphragm comprising a plurality of barrel stave-like strips with slits forming gaps between them is mounted on the vibration coil of a vibration generator that is based on a housing. A traverse bar which is based on the housing extends up through the center of the diaphragm. A sound conducting member that is cylindrical at the bottom and domed at the top is disposed on the vibration generator, within the diaphragm, and provides a gap of increasing cross-sectional area expanding toward the open upper end of the diaphragm. An inverted pot-shaped top is mounted on the upper end of the diaphragm. This top has an upper end wall with a depending sidewall that tapers in conically near the lower end. A plurality of struts extend obliquely from the tapered portion to the traverse rod to connect the lower end of the top, and thus the upper end of the diaphragm to the rod, and thus to the housing of the fibration generator. In one embodiment the top is filled with sound-damping material; in another a coaxial pipe is provided as a baffle, and sound outlet holes are provided in the top near the lower end. The diaphragm may be made of a single strip that is bent into an annulus. The diaphragm may be coated with sound damping material.
